I purchased a domain along with 4 other tools to make the domain and website and I have not been able to access the 4 tools. I keep getting asked to buy them again from domain.com. This is clearly unacceptable as I have already purchased these tools and simply want to use them.

I have to log out and back in again in order for anything to register as complete. Also, I wish there were status bars that showed an approx. Time-frame for the account activation. Like, I'll admit I don't understand much about any of this, but the lack of explanation as to what is happening and why I have to fill in the same info 5 times just makes it that much more confusing.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
