Really difficult to set up a domain, could not get around of the problems so far.

I have paid for an email account and a domain account. I am not able to set up my email account and do not know how to get back to it. My credit card was billed for something I am unable to use. It is difficult to sign into my email as I can not find it. Very frustrating.

There is no way to create your own website through their website you have to create one on your own and pay extra.

Your website builder is so glitchy that it kept freezing and telling me the page was unresponsive. And it published my website while I was editing because it mistook my click on the "preview" button as a click on the "publish" button.
The website is not customer friendly then you can't speak to a live person.
