I turned off the auto renewal in-time yet they still charged me. I've contacted the support, talked with 3 advisors and none of them were helpful and refused to provide me a refund. I did not use their service and I went to ask for a refund right after they've charged me. Extremely disappointed as I've expected better support from such a site.
In conclusion, they have no rightful ethics and doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all, and gladly taking the online backlash that could have been avoided with a 30 dollar refund.

Your pricing algorythm is clearly trying to read what people want and it then marks-up the prices of those domains by tens of thousands of dollars. My current holdings with your company will be my last. Very uncool to put it nicely. Nobody should ever purchase through your site.

Is a crap garbage big mistake using this for my domain
It has been over 7 day since you all move my account from the old server to the new web.com server. My email account that I use for my business', is still down, and that's unacceptable. I am paying for a service that I can't access. At the same time my customer is at in-convince. Please resolve this issues soon. The helpdesk is not able to assist with my account,. No one from web.com ever contact me about the progress with my account, I had contact the helpdesk. Could you please have one of the tech contact me to assist with this issue.

Let me start off by saying I am VERY computer literate. I've built multiple sites in the past. Web.com came up on a list of top sites for domain/web site builders. However after what I've experienced with them I believe it was probably a fake list. Which is my fault for not reading reviews.
I spent many hours, about 14 total, perfecting a site to use for my small business. After I hit "publish" it went to crap! Things got out out of place. Pics for my interior design were listed under the about us section. Not to mention all my pics from all tabs ended up in one section instead of where they belonged.
I reached out for help in the online chat portal. That was a joke. I feel like I was probably talking to a 13 year old child in the back of a sweat shop in China.
I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Your editor isn't user friendly. The worker didn't know how to assist me. I was given the wrong information and it caused me to delete my services and contact us page.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
