As for having domain name and hosting with them is ok. Using their website builder NO WAY! They LIE! They advertise on their site for business $6.99 a month for 12 months then charge you $15.00! I showed them their own site and stated that was wrong. I even complained to the BBB but got no where because they refused to respond! Bait and switch
I am giving them three stars instead of 1 because their service team is friendly and the templates they had were attractive, even though I did not get mine published. I canceled the service within 7 days because it was not connecting to my GoDaddy domain after 5 days of waiting. For whatever reason it was not compatible. They tried to tell me it was something I did but weren't any good at helping me troubleshoot (I have had the domain for 15 years, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on trendier options) They do not do refunds, even though I never used the service, so I basically donated my money, but I got over it. The next month I received notice that they tried to bill my dormant account. I called to have it fixed and he processed the cancellation again. I received another billing attempt the other day and requested that my entire profile be wiped out (via chat and email). Today I see where I was billed for service renewal, which is inaccurate. The service agent had me on hold trying to clear it up. He said the auto-renew was still active. He escalated the issue and said my refund for the past few billing cycles will be refunded because he submitted documentation of my multiple requests to cancel.

Ther seem to be very responsible and responsive it is all a trap. They get your domain and never let you out. Whatever you need will be ignored and you are being asked for too many security questions and authentication codes that never come to your email and you are stuck with them. There is no phone line, no office, no customer care and definitely no help from their website. I am trying to get rid of them for two weeks, full day constant chatting and I got no where. Just escalation and frustration.
DO NOT make the same mistake. They will charge you much more later on and there is no way out.

The user friendly site and ability to make a domain
After 5 mins of looking in the help area i was able to forward my new domain to my current website
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
