Why don't you send a confirmation of securing my domain name to my email address? I can seem to find a way to document the purchase.
Just getting everything setup and inventory added to store. So far so good.
They will charge you a cheap price for the first year. Something like 2.99. Then the autorenew feature kicks in after a year for a 20.99 charge. Once you try to refund the charge you'll sit on an automated chat for hours finally to be told they wont refund you.

The statement that it is easy and you can get your page up and running quickly is a joke. There is no guidance for a beginner. The chat support unless you push back gives you links after links to solve it yourself. My web page is still not operating as I would like it to and probably won't be anytime soon. I have been at this since August 24th of this year. Chat attempts to upsell you. They want $2000.00 and they can create a professional web page. There is no platform to follow that tells you what you need to do next or a form a guidance. You put something into action you need to wait 2 hours, 4 hours or 24 hours for it to update or process. If you go to chat, most often they will tell you to all a number as they are not able to assist you with that particular action or issue.
You website is a nightmare on a 14 pro. I have 3 domains and for some reason they're in 2 different accounts and not all together. It's so hard to navigate this site and it's slow.
The worst customer support ever. The worst experience ever. They charged me for the domain a few weeks ago and I received a confirmation that my purchase was successful, but the domain is still available for purchase. Customer support can't answer a single question and totally useless. After 40 min with the customer support agent, I didn't get an answer as to why anyone still can purchase the domain that I'd been charged for weeks ago.
Great I am the page owner and I think the page is great. Using the web builder was easy. I used the builder to change information on my page. It was not complicated. The web builder and the tools are helpful and uncomplicated to use.

I paid $60 to set up an online store. It was my first time doing so, so it took me a month to build it and then after FINALLY finishing it... I get a notification that my site needs renewed due to expiration? Which apparently costs $40?!?!? I am so glad that I just paid $60 and wasted a month of my time completing something that is now unusable. I dont have another 40 bucks to go and drop on anything extra right now. My goal was obviously to get some income flowing in by selling things on my website... but thats apparently not going to happen.

I belonged to Register.com for over 20 years. I finally quit because I was getting 150 spams and spoofs DAILY. I couldn't handle them.
Now, a year later...I want my domain name back so I can use it elsewhere. Register.com has basically "KIDNAPPED IT" and are holding it RANSOM. The Ramson is NOT money. They want personal info that is personal and I am unwilling to share...such as a Goverment ID with a Color Photo of me and Utility bills where the address agrees with government ID. So funny, because all our Utility type bills are in my husband's name... BTW, I'm 80 years *******@mac.com
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
