The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

My Domain.com is unlocked actually never was locked but the transfer has not gone through. Countryboujee
Clunky, no easy way to get out of "chat". Sometimes they are pushy trying to get a 5 star review. Site definitely not easy. No way to download a calendar or easy way to login to email.
I am having trouble understanding how to build the site/email
I have paid for the domain in August, it is still not visible on my profile
I got a message saying that a verification email has been sent. I never got one. I am now uncertain as to whether the domain has been secured.
I bought 2 domains through you on Tuesday. Firstly, I've had issues logging in (always cookie issues, which is very frustrating) but I'm finally here. Now I only see 1 domain. You took money for 2, so now I have to find out what happened. For non-tech people, we just want things to be easy!
I had turned off my auto renew last year and I was still charged. I DO NOT WANT THE DOMAIN ANY LONGER
Your website says free domain hosting but only provides access to a paid service.
It's been easy to follow, we will see what happens as things progress.
Horrible UX experience with account management and password update.
I paid for standard meaning i can have multiple email accounts, but there is no link to emails, how to access the email account or how to add more.
The website refuses to load when I try to log in. Its very frustrating and reduces the credibility of domain.com.
I am disappointed that there isn't a phone number associated with you. But m try to make that happen again.
Thx. Jeff
I was supposed to get a refund 2 weeks ago for unauthorized charged and have not received it!
Web editing platforms are proving to require more time than I would like and do not offer the options I prefer.
1. I did not request a ".online" domain and I object to it being added to my account. 2. When I spoke with a customer service rep, they were able to see my password in plain text. This is a serious security issue. 3. Email is unreliable and over the years I've been using your service, your instructions for setup have been inconsistent at best.
Web.com increased the loading time for my images, without sacrificing quality.
They did a great job. I would recommend Web.com
Having a bit of trouble with Google workspace part. Have to create a C Name
I bought google workspace when i started the account but it looks like that credit is not on my account.
I bought a domain for a lab project. The idea was to have some alias email accounts that forwarded to lab members real email addresses. The Techsupport guy told me I needed to buy a Google WorkSpace account to do the aliases. I did, and after paying the $72.00 for the year, and finding out it could not do what I wanted it to do, they will not refund my money,,
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
