The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

It was difficult to figure out how to sign in. I am a new user so I know theres a learning curve but the login should be on the top, not the bottom in small print. Pretty simple so far, otherwise.
I was told I get the second line for free. I went through it and then it was asking for money?!
Not user friendly. Wix had a better platform for beginners
First website registration. Overall pretty easy to navigate and use. Some tutorials would be nice but I know google has my back.
I am in the wrong domain for purchase my fault I know
I recently changed my website hosting and management to Network Solutions (web.com). They offer timely, clearly explained and friendly service. They helped me to develop and secure my new website in a couple of weeks and sold me the best (not excessive) services for my needs.
If I did everything correctly… it was an easy process. Time will tell.
I really wish that once I paid that a few things were clearer. The whole applying a credit for website builder seemed like a trick... I would have used the free wordpress if I knew anything about it being integrated. I wish a person had been available to talk me through a couple decisions as well.
I am trying to add an authorized user other than myself and it's not working.
Easy to work with. Quick turnaround time. I have worked with several venders over the past 15 yers. They are the most responsive.
Very easy to set up as a beginner that was most appreciated. Offer full circle of services that I'm looking for.
Domain.com has worked for me for the past few years.
So far since purchase domain.com has delivered me all of the things I need to have a successful business website started.
It's still relatively confusing. I'm very new to this and it isn't very friendly to new users.
Still learning how to navigate the site, not insanely simple but not hard either.
I bought my domain without knowing what I was doing then tuned around and paid for hosting... so I paid double
I'm very thankful to receive a reminder regarding the expiry of the domain names, which is very important for me to maintain, even if not actively in use so far.
I'm here because of free? Domain you assigned with no notification beforehand? Not impressed.
Don't know what I am doing so a bit confusing to get setup
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
