You can't beat the Netflix deal. I remember when my dvd's came in the mail. Lots of great shows that you can't get anywhere else.

Netflix offers the worst of the worst when it comes to movies! I don't even bother watching movies on Netflix anymore instead opting for Amazon which has a way better selection. The only thing Netflix is good for is catching a good series and watching it from start to finish, which I really enjoy!

Netflix is making amazing shows these days. I loved trollhunters and i loved every show they released in the previous year. They need to focus on the movies though. Great website, totally recommend.

There are lot of TV series, Netflix original series and movies that makes me go back day after day to Netflix. One fixed monthly payment is a very predictable expense for entertainment.

Discs - Great Service

I use two out at the same time by mail. Always get it right. If broken they send immediate replacement never a question. Fast accurate service. Can see on line what you are in line for and put up a critique for every movie.

Netflix Customer Service
February 13, 2017

At Netflix's suggestion, I changed my account password. As a long time subscriber, I knew I would have to disengage my existing account and sign in with my new password to access my account. Regretfully, however, I had forgotten the procedure to enter my new password to access my account. I telephoned Netflix for the simple instructions needed.
During a 30-minute telephone conversation the Netflix blamed my internet provider for my not being able to access my account. He then blamed my download speed. When neither of these proved true, and I repeatedly requested the simple procedure for entering my new password, he directed me to the Netflix Help site where I could select my problem from multiple problems listed and hopefully find a solution. I terminated the call and called Netflix again.
A second Netflix Rep again blamed my internet provider and my download speed. When I responded that this was proven not true in my last call to Netflix, she angrily responded in a raised voice, "I am not going to argue with you, this is not Netflix's problem, call your internet provider!" She then disconnected my call.
A third call to Netflix was prefaced by my advising the rep that if the requested information was not provided, I would terminate my account. The rep responded by requesting the name of my Internet provider and my download speed. I angrily responded that this would be my last request for the procedure to enter my new password before terminating my account. The simple procedure was reluctantly provided, my new password entered, and Netflix access regained. Three phone calls and an ultimatum before my simple request was filled.
The moral here is to NEVER call non-existent Netflix Customer Service and go directly to the Netflix Help site. Good luck!

Great VALUE

It does not have everything you are looking to watch, but it has an awful lot to choose from. For 9 or 10 dollars the value is tough to beat. Amazon Video is almost the same, maybe a tiny bit better, but you can't go wrong getting Netflix.

Fake and phony

Netflix has very few good movies. Most of A-list movies are at least twenty years old. Moreover movies won't play and the site opens with "Whoops - something went wrong. Your have open multiple tabs or browsers, close it and restart again." Yeah, right. Never again.

I absolutely love your product and Netflix originals, it's to bad you couldn't keep your nose and actors outta politics and bashing the president. Not to mention your racist show called dear white people... switching to Hulu who is not politically affiliated and doesn't swing to the left. Goodbye I won't be back

Can't go wrong... BUT...

Change your password OFTEN! They're getting hacked left and right about passwords. The service itself has so many variations that everyone can find a plan that suits their needs. I like Netflix a lot, as I am house and bedbound a lot. This group sure saves the days for me... and many times, the nights too.

I received an email saying I needed to update payment info as I fell short this month and I didn't have money in my account for automatic pay. I called them up to let them know I would be paying on the 15th and the customer service rep saw my account always being paid and he turned it back on for me... This made my day, Thanks Netflix it feels great to know you appreciate my business and I appreciate your service thanks again!

Far superior to Hulu, Good customer service, and a good selection. Only thing I do not like is they keep some movies for too much time. However, this is my OCD and not a problem with them.
