Netflix is amazing. I started using Netflix.com years ago when they mailed you the DVDs. If the DVD was bad they quickly sent me another. Never had a hassle.

For 2-3 months there has been a bug on Netflix that Netflix 'will fix soon' and they still haven't.
I get Netflix Error M7353-5101, go through all the troubleshooting steps, tried different browser etc and nothing fixes it.
I was frustrated and contacted customer support and spoke to a manager, Kiran, was unsympathetic and unhelpful with the situation.
They said 'it will be fixed soon' as always and offered no compensation for the frustration it has caused. In fact Kiran just simply said 'I suggest you watch another title'. What terrible customer support.

The on TV app is pretty good other than searching. But the browse, which is easy to search won't ler me watch anything because my briwser is supposedly out of date. I can watch 2 1080p YouTube's simultaneously on my computer, it can handle it. But Netflix blocks it! Boo!

Few things that I like about Netflix: I love how they upload the new TV series all at once. I am always able to find so many quality shows on Netflix. Although it was a bummer - as I was in EU Netflix content is different and I couldn't watch my show.

Netflix, I love you so much! But, some series are too strange to understand. Russian Doll... It just seems to be a never ending loop of watching annoying people. And that includes Natasha Bianca Lyonne Braunstein who is basically playing the same kind of character personality as she did in Orange is the New Black.
Netflix seems to be he most popular of it's kind and user friendly. Having been a regular subscriber, the only suggestion I have is with regards to the content placement. More movies to cater for the need of adult viewers should be made available.
I have a real love-hate relationship with Netflix. The webpage overall is pretty cool and the movies and the series load really fast an all BUT i really dislike the content. Way to mindless and boring for my taste. Perhaps the only really good thing that netflix has is Dark and Peaky Blinders.
Multiple glitches always preventing netflix from working and you spend countless hours trying to repair. Customer service has no idea and no authority for refund or realistic discounts. Sending you to the tech guys leads to more hours of wasted time as they have no idea what there doing and have yet to fix a single glitch. Stay away from netflix, their movie/tv categories suck anyway

They can come up with some good selections, all are very old with nothing new added. Netflix series do catch attention but not all of us want to view online series. And when I have viewed some movie or a series, why still show that in recommendations?
I would give NEtflix a negative if I could. Everything is 10+ years old, not very interesting content, great for kids, streaming ia constantly interrupted, and it constantly (every half and hour) asks "are you still watching"? Super annoying... I do NOT recommend Netflix.
Who tells Netflix what movies to post, they have the worst selections especially for international movies, the worse. I can't post reviews and tell them to get better selections, but this way hope they can see what I'm talking about. Garbage selections, and post better movies, their all $#*!. Plzz put better Hindi movies.
Netflix provided tones of series for consumers to kill their time. Netflix do have lots of choices for different kind of people, specifically for any members in a family.
Great source of entertainment, I was waiting for stranger things new season and they upload them all at once. 5 stars for that!
