Great experience and product was delivered on time ahead of schedule
Needed to work out how far away from the vertical you want to set your hammock. I found that having my head cradled about 15-20 com from the vertical attachment site. Got a better traction that way.

To be honest I only used it once so far, it was packaged nice and the face mask was a nice perk. I did experience my neck tension loosening up and I plan to use it more frequently. The only thing that takes getting used to is that it squeezes the sides of your head but this should be expected considering what the product is and how it is made... if it gets uncomfortable then just put some soft material around where the hammock is. Due to the weight of the head and the elevation and extension the possible discomfort should be expected but I kinda got used to it.

I received my neck hammock, it took nearly a month to arrive. I've only used it twice but it is very relaxing and I'm just testing how far to stretch my neck. It is very good quality. I would recommend and look forward to using it regularly.
