Works just as advertised. The materials and quality of build are excellent. Most importantly my neck is pain free! I still use it everyday to reset, stretch and relax :)

Second one we buy it works like a charm to relive neck pain and pressure.

Really happy with the Neck Hammock and how beneficial it has been in helping with a neck injury.

Customer service was great because FedEx apparently could not find my address and they returned to sender my first order. They promptly sent another order out to me.

We have just received our neck hammock, which I ordered for my son. He has been using it once a day and says he is feeling some relief from his neck tension.
We look forward to hearing that he feels completely cured of his tension at some point--it will probably take some time though.

The item took three weeks to arrive, but it's worth the wait. Use a stopwatch when using, as you may find yourself drifting off within a few minutes. It's so relaxing.

Helped but my issues are severe. Time will tell. I have numbness and pain that radiates down both arms to my hands.

Finally some relief from tension and headaches. I'm in love

Very nice product, good quality, soft, comfortable and handy that it's so portable and easy to use.
I suffered a neck injury and suffer with ongoing neck pain and headaches. The neck hammock gives relaxation and relief whilst being supportive. Great to be able to use this for relief instead of pain killers.

I was hoping that it would alleviate the neck pains I was experiencing in the long run, but it only helps for as long as you're using it and not a lot afterwards. Though in case of severe pain even that little relief is welcomed, hence the 2 stars.

I like this product and especially enjoy the elastic give the device affords- it give the person using it time to relax and unwind, allowing tissue creep. A bit pricey for the product, but I enjoy the simplicity of the thing!

This helps with my neck pain immensely. It is a well designed product

I was really hoping this would help and maybe it would if i could make it work. It hangs on the floor from all doorknobs in my home and does not adjust any higher so i can use it. Would love another suggestion on how i can use it.

I received the Neck Hammock and it was exactly as described. The delivery was slow however that was due to COVID19 and no fault of Neck Hammock. When I queried when it would be received I got a response very quickly and in fact it arrived the next day.

So far so good thank you. May order more when I can get back to work, as I'm a massage therapist and so far I would recommend to clients.
