Receiving different options on mobile vs. computer.

Good experience all around! The person I spoke with at the company was very helpful with theh questions I had about the product.

I have not used it yet. My Dr. wants to wait for the results of a CT scan I will be having on my neck before using the Neck Hammock.

I was hoping for a more significant feeling of relief from this as the advertising makes it seem that way. It definitely feels nice and relaxing while in it, but I haven't noticed any difference in the pain in my neck, shoulders or back I was really hoping this would give relief, but it just hasn't.
The directions say that your head should be 2-4 inches above the ground, but as high and tight as it can be pulled, my head is barely an inch off the ground. Not sure if that's why I'm not feeling any relief or not? Not sure why it isn't made to adjust more?

Padding makes it a very comfortable neck hammock. Relieved pressure and stiffness by stretching my neck the way my chiropractor does while saving me the expense of an adjustment.
Only needed 10 minutes and a door knob.

I got this for my husband who has chronic neck pain. He has difficulties driving, sleeping, sitting, or anything for extended periods of time, and cannot get comfortable. He used it for the first time last night, and fell asleep in it after a few minutes! Such relief from his pain, the support helped him immensely, and a good night sleep for the first time in a long time, he still feels the benefits the next morning. This is all after the first use, so am looking forward to seeing the long-term benefits!

So far I've been using it for few times. Just 10 minutes each times but don't feel anything benefits. Sometimes I feel my neck hurt while using it. It still hurt after. I don't feel pain before I use it. I wonder this product not works for me?
