I was hoping this product would alleviate my neck pain. Unfortunately it just squeezes my head and ears. Stretching on the floor is still a better solution. Perhaps I'm using it wrong.

I am still working out the best position and tension, but I think the Neck Hammock will ultimately be very good for my neck and shoulders, which have become extremely tight and painful.

So far, I don't know whether it's doing any good or not, my neurosurgeon said I've got to get a 30 minute sweat up every day, and don't stress and the muscles will go back to normal, and the blood flow will make my neck feel better, I said I'm 63 not 32, and said I need to stand tall, and don't let your neck lean forward. I've got another 20 yrs of pain, as I have suffered a sore neck for over 36 yrs, so I think I know my body better than anybody else, DON'T YOU's all THINK?

Neck Hammock is a great product I just ordered three of them. I will happily use one and share the other two with family members who can use them. This is a well made product and was delivered super fast. I'm impressed at how well it is made also and I know it will help with relaxation and helping to remove tension from the neck and shoulder area. Thank you Neck Hammock.

Update. I received my Neck Hammock.
I guess I was expecting more of a pull backwards so that it was more like traction
This basically just lifts my head like a pillow would with just an ever so slight pull backwards.
Not what I needed.
I an a little leary of the plastic connectors. I'm afraid if I give it too much tension that they'll break and walk me in the head or eye.
Good idea, just not what I was hoping for.

I found it very easy to use and the relief was amazing. It was a very worthwhile purchase.

As a senior with mobility issues, having to lay on the floor is problematic. If the straps were longer, I could lay on my bed and attach the unit to closet shelving hardware. Upgraded shipping cost are exorbitant.
