I purchased on item on 9/24 and my card was charged on 9/25/14. I also purchased 2 Quilted water resistant pet protection slip cover at $35 each and my card was charged on 10/10/14.
When I ordered the items it stated that it will take 2-4 weeks delivery. Well, it is now Nov. 2014 and no shipment.
I finally sent them an email on Nov. 20 2014, received a response on Nov. 22nd and the response was "it's been escalated to management.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Its a pitty zero stars isnt an option. I ordered an item via this company that never arrived despite receiving an email that said it was dispatched. Numerous chasing emails to NCrowd and over 2 months later they replied to say that my account with them had been credited with the spent money - but no explanations and no offers to order another product. However, they did kindly end the email with the smarmy "Thanks and have a great day!" Terrible customer service, non- delivery of good, over 2 months to 'resolve' the issue and store credit for a company I never wish to deal with again! Avoid, avoid, avoid. Groupon, Wowcher etc. are excellent, but stay well clear of NCrowd.
Dealfind/nCrowd have the best JUNK you can ever buy and once you buy there is no returns or refund. Customer service is non existent. Avoid this company abad save your self the frustration and money

I can't even give them ONE star. They are the worst! I was captivated by a $40 felt wrap coat that arrived directly from China looking and smelling like a piece of crap. I "spa towel" was no better, nor were two storage boxes and a faded Cowboys "beach towel." I have lost over $100. Isn't there something all of us can do with some regulatory body that keeps fraudulent sellers like this off the internet? I had never heard of them before but the photos of the merchandise looked great for the price and I was hooked. HELP!
Ordered a Car DVR System on Aug 25,2014. Received an email that item would ship in 4-9 days. Waited a month, still not received. I sent an email and received a reply it was being shipped Sep 22. Did not receive the item until Oct 25,2 months after ordering it. STAY AWAY from nCrowd.com and any affiliated companies
Bought a $15 Baton. It was made very cheap. Not worth 15 cents. I want my money back. Telescoping parts don't. Once openned, more trouble with it staying locked. Sent email to nCrowd customer service ans no reply. BEWARE.

I had more than $100 in unused vouchers with dealfind. NCrowd bought them out and stole all my unused vouchers and denied me access to all of them!
When I emailed them, they said I can call my credit card company to dispute the charges!
I am telling everyone I know that this company is a scam! You should do the same.
I order a skirt and never receive, therefore I asked money back. Email back and forth several times, almost one month later, they said they are going to give me "store credit". OMG! What kind of chicken company. How do I trust them with this kind of service! Their store credit is junk to me. DON'T DEAL WITH nCrowd! This is a fraud company.
Well, I bought the -3-days2-nights-airfare-credit-or-dinner-in-any-u-s-city offer on 9/1/14. I immediately went to the site to redeem, and make my reservation. They said, it would take about 7 days to hear from them. It was 10. Then the hotel they found for me was 151 miles away from where I was going. I sent them an unacceptable email. They, responded back in another week with options that would cost me $668 or $350 more. I sent them back another email & gave them the names of 8 places in the city I was going to, and they did not respond. Over a month later I requested that my money be refunded. No response from travel people. Ncrowd said that they only refund money within 7 days of purchase. Sorry. I should contact the vacation site and ask for the restaurant voucher and the grocery voucher. No, response. I contacted my credit card company to dispute charge, and they looked into it and said the company was only in certain cities, it could not do that, but did put thru a conference call with someone, at the company and we were instantly cut off. I then sent a note to ncrowd to do the right thing and return my money, or I was contacting the attorney general in NYS. She finally gave me a credit for the $$ To use at ncrowd. I think this was/is a scam, and I should have known better. I would not deal with them.
I ordered a Frozen watch necklace for my Granddaughters bday on Sept 12th 2014, It is now Oct. 13 2014 and no necklace. I have contact them several times and it took forever for a reply. They said they will reship it, I don''t think they shipped it at all, but they had no problem taking my money from my account, This is the worst online company I have done business with. Don't order from them
Bought a 33 dollar voucher for 3 oil changes and of course I got nothing. Was told to get my credit card company to figure it out... Never ever ever ever again!
Well, over the last two years I've bought about 6 vouchers. Most of them worked out okay, but there were some where the quality of the product was TERRIBLE. They had slap watches, that never arrived, then there were the cable clip organizers that didn't stick to a surface for more than about 1 day. Now I have a voucher that expired, but according to California law, the company will not honor the original price paid.
The reason: "We acquired the Tippr brand in 2013. Unfortunately, the entity as it previously existed is no longer in business and we do not have funds available to credit you for your purchase.": Now this is not a BIG voucher, but it cost $15. Due to many complicated reasons, I did not use it in time. Other companies have honored the voucher purchased value as required by law. To make me feel better, they gave me $5 credit rather than the $15. Obviously if they can give $5 credit, they have funds. Ridiculous!
I plan on reporting to consumer better business bureau and if I can find the California equivalent site for breaking the law.
Tippr has NO customer service. They have no phone number to call, no one to resolve issues, you just get impersonal emails to answer any inquiries you have. DON'T use them, there's lots of other reputable sites to use instead: Groupon, LivingSocial, DO NOT BUY from these guys.
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with - not only did I lose my $50 but never got the product. They had put an incorrect address on the package so the post office returned it to them. Now they tell me they never got the package and that I have received it which I didn't! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! WARNING!
So I purchased this 4 day 3 night hotel offer thinking that I would get a deal because they advertise only having to pay for fee which were 20-75.00 per night. Well I paid my 44.00.
So I went to the website to redeem my offer and completed the form. It took more than a week for the company to respond. Then when they did it was only by email causing me to loose the first quote for the hotel which was way over what was advertised $462.00. Then by the time the representative (Ben) got back to me and I responded to him, the price had changed from 462.
To 522.48. I couldn't watch my email because of being at work and the representative wouldn't contact me by phone. This went on for days. Finally my hotel reservation got booked, on the day that I was supposed to leave.
I didn't get confirmation until 6:30 pm that evening and check in time was 3:00 pm. I had to leave for my destination without confirmation and on the way I called the hotel itself because customer service representatives at nCrowd are very non-responsive. I emailed Ben twice in the morning and the headquarters days before. I even called them.
No response. This was very stressful. I was desperate because it was my birthday weekend and i had to go to take my late husband's ashes who was a retired Veteran. This was really important to me because was also exactly a month after his passing.
They also advertised a free dinner or a grocery card. So I emailed the customer service Representative again and after waiting for a week for someone to help me I did it again. Well today someone responded and told me to go to this site and access my grocery card. To my surprise the site was to buy grocery coupons.
Not to get free coupons but to buy them. WOW. Unbelievable. Please whatever you do, do not purchase any vacations packages like this.
It's not worth you time and money. They are very deceptive and I could have gotten the same price without having to pay 44.00 for it.
Non-existent customer service. They never answer their toll-free number, don't respond to voice-mails, and only occasionally respond to emails. I returned their extremely shoddy product in a timely manner, and after weeks of effort was only able to get STORE CREDIT. No way I want this! I'll never do business again with this horrible company (or its many incarnations - kgbdeals, eversave, who know what others?
Please do not order anything from eversave ncrowd. We purchased two nights in hotel, paid $99 and every destination we wanted was denied. It's been about 4 months and I can't get my money back, all they wrote me was We are sorry and we will send you restaurant certificate. I have no idea where to go or where to call, but this is just a big scam and shame on eversave ncrowd!
THIS IS NOT GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL! These guys have TERRIBLE customer service, no telephone number, and email replies either never come, or take a week for each new email I send to them. I ordered something from them. They promised delivery in 2-4 weeks of the item. It has now been 6 weeks. I had to call my credit card company and file a merchant complaint. Fortuneately my card issued me a refund, and is handling it from here via the money flow and will take their money back from Tipprs bank if they do not send the item to me soon.
I have bought several vouchers from this site that I can ever seem to even get scheduled for. Tippr customer service will not even answer multiple emails to address the issue. I am being forced to go to my bank next week and report these charges as fraudulent as if I cannot even get a call back, I will have to assume these deals are fraudulent. I don't care what kind of deal they are having, what kind of savings, please save your money as ultimately it will not be enough! You'll get nothing.

Answer: No bankrupt. Just name change scam. They do this just about every year when they screw people... they just change their name. We are working on looking into getting them involved in the Federal Trade Commission here in the United States. What have you got over there? Some sort of government organisation?
Answer: Contact the Retail Ombudsman. This is a new service and you can lodge your complaint with them online. If you paid for your items by credit card you should be able to claim the monies back via your card provider. Hope this helps.
Answer: As others have suggested here, ask your credit card company for a chargeback as soon as possible. Explain to your cc company that nCrowd is now in foreclosure and isn't selling any more goods or services. Therefore, any unused store credit or vouchers are now useless. I wouldn't bother to wait for nCrowd to resume selling deals again. You could also send your cc company the information about the foreclosure (see the link below) to support your claim. Also, your cc company will likely request proof (e.g., emails with the merchants or the names of the merchants you have spoken to on the phone) that the merchants were unwilling to honor the vouchers. I was able to get a chargeback by doing the above. Answer: When I got the shaft from this company, I complained to the Better Business Bureau, and asked my state's Attorney General for help. Then nCrowd responded quickly.
Answer: Dear Kath, NCrowd went bankrupt and were taken over (or renamed themselves) BoomStreet. Boomstreet said they would send me a refund but never did. I and a number of others posted warnings on SiteJabber about BoomStreet but these were removed due to "lack of evidence". Now BoomStreet has gone bust after taking more money from people - see BoomStreet.co.uk. This means that small creditors are at the back of the que, don't hold your breath! I would discuss this with your credit card company, that's your best hope. Best Regards, David
Answer: I wish I could tell you, all I know is do not accept a credit to their site. Maybe complain to your credit card company regarding their fraud?
Answer: They are Boomstreet now. Filed bankruptcy and changed their name. That way, they can keep all of the money they have collected from buyers and not send the merchandise. Merchants that do send merchandise on behalf of newly named Boomstreet WILL NOT GET PAID. I recommend finding Boomstreet online and sending them relentless emails demanding your money back.
