I wish I had seen this site before I ordered " mystery" santa christmas gifts- valued at $100 each.It was a total scam, from false advertising to products that were so cheap you couldn't sell them for free at a garage sale! I asked for my money back, and I would return all the " gifts"at my own cost. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order! Please tell anyone you know, NOT to buy from this company. It's really too bad, because I have bought other products fromEversave that were as expected. I won't buy from them"ever" again!

I am very disappointed with your company after opening this package I received yesterday. Much less the awful shipping service I experienced. It was ordered 11/20 and did not arrive until 12/22 this is not acceptable when the tracking showed nothing until 12/20.
I could have purchased more and better items at any dollar store. Your ad claimed this bag to be worth $100.00, I doubt that very much. You even had the balls to include two gift tags and a santa letter which are basically worthless.
It just feels like I have been scammed and I will never again purchase a gift bag, bundle or box from your company.
I guess you have taught me and others a lesson.
This was truly a waste of my time and money and a real bad hit to your campanys reputation.

Robberies. Nothing worse, they stole my money. I made couple orders from them and never recieved them, knowing that I emailed them and their answer was that the product I bought are getting cleared by customs since 2 months but till now and never will get cleared. Don't buy from this SCAMMMM Roberies site. The voucher are now expired and I can't claim them to PayPal because it's over 45 days. They know how to steal people money.

Ordered a quadcopter fo 109. They charged my visa Nov 21 and send me a email on nov 26th saying it shipped, no tracking number. I wrote them back Dec 17 saying i had not received. Maygan King sent me an email saying this is not how they do business and will ship it right away. I asked them to send me the tracking number, never did. Wrote back again asking for a reply. No Reply. Called my bank, they will refund me the money and they actually go after N crowd. I recommend calling your banks when you are scammed like this as they will in most times reimburse you if you have good evidence you were scammed. They told me even if my order does come, refuse it as it is after 15 days. Will never order ncrowd again...

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered anything from these scam artists! Items were never received, some were the wrong color & sizes, some items didn't have my shipping address but they billed me anyway and the orders are just floating some ware! Worst was they didn't tell me the some items were coming from CHINA. I don't want to return them to China as it would cost a fortune in shipping! They won't take them at their headquarters so I'm stuck with them and out a whole lot of Christmas money and gifts! They're customer service is a real joke! They really don't want to be bothered! They won't even attempt to cancel the orders that I haven't received but were billed for or even try to locate them. I'm hoping to have better luck with PayPal & my credit card company.

NCROWD ARE SCUMMERS. Keep away. I ordered a wifi extender for 44$ and never received it. I send them many email and got some responses that is coming or its going to come but finally never did. No reimbursement either. Now they don't even reply to my email. Now you've been warned. Proceed at your own risk...

Worst company to ever deal with. They don't do any follow up with the companies they refer you to, don't care if you never receive the item, and most importantly, waste no time in taking the money out of your account.

I will never order from again. They take the meaning of an online complaint to a whole new level. You should always remember... you get what you pay for... with this website, you don't get what you paid for. Just another way to scam honest people out of money.

I ordered the Elsa and Anna doll for $24. I figure they aren't Disney store quality but they would be nice enough. I've seen the $9.99 ones at Target and they look and feel like Barbies. I ordered in October and just got the dolls Dec 9,2014. They came wrapped up in plastic and tape from China. The dolls are plastic and looks like they are from the dollar store. Ncrowd does not have any quality assurance of the products or companies they put on their service. I am going to return this costing me more for postage than what these dolls are worth. I'm sure they are just hoping people won't take the time to return.

This is the second time I've had issues with ncrowd so I would recommend not using them. The first time I never got my items and it took two years to get an ncrowd voucher.

This is a terrible site. I purchased a product 3 months ago and never received it. When I emailed to complain, I received emails saying that she will reach out to the merchant and that I should receive a response shortly. After 3 weeks of this, I have not gotten an adequate response, nor my product, just the same response, I'm sorry you are not satisfied, I will reach out to the merchant..." I will never purchase products from them, again!

Ordered a t-shirt. Got notification from the P. O. that the address was wrong. I sent them a correction, but they had already returned it to nCrowd. Since then (2 weeks ago) I have emailed nCrowd every couple days and NEVER have gotten a reponse. Today I got a tracking alert that a 2nd item I had ordered from them (right after ordering the t-shirt) had been delivered today. WRONG. Again, my complaints to nCrowd are going unanswered. Last time I will EVER buy from them! Do not be taken in by their items & prices - it is just a rip-off!
