I had a voucher that I in error failed to use and it expired. Sam, with customer service helped me get a credit for the amount I paid.
That is great customer service and that is why I use NCROWD
I was unable to print a voucher I had purchased - the page was printing blank. I also could not see the voucher code on the unprinted document.
Danielle responded to my e-mail concern within 24 hours and had given me the voucher code and also a PDF of the voucher that I was successfully able to print.
I appreciate Danielle's help, she was very kind.
I had an issue with my Bunker Beach Voucher this week where they charged me double rather than granting me a paid admission. I unfortunately did not receive any assistance from Bunker Beach regarding their error but upon reaching out to nCrowd, they immediately worked to rectify the situation without hesitation. I'm new to nCrowd and made my first purchase the other day. I got nervous when I tried to log in again to print my vouchers and I was told my email wasn't registered. I signed up again with my email, only to find there were no vouchers. I sent an email to nCrowd customer service, they quickly responded and over a series of emails, they identified the problem: I incorrectly typed my email address when I purchased the vouchers. They were able to cancel the second account I set up so I could edit my email with the first account (the one with the vouchers). I'm very happy with how quickly they identified and resolved the issues, and because of this experience, I will purchase from nCrowd.com again!
Thic company is a fraud there is no efficient process in place to track items prior to delivery when you use the link to customer service no one acknowledge or reply to your enquiry. I ordered four swimsuits almost 10 weeks ago I got two of them and I attempted to track the other two but n crowd ignore my e mail. They were paid and hasn't delivered the product. This is fraudulent unbelievable they can get away with this

I received a defective product. Neither on the web pages, the receipt or emails does it say that there is a 14 day only return policy. I have printed out all the information just in case they realize that they do not have full disclosure and will remedy this situation.
When I emailed that I received a defective product, they emailed me about the 14 day policy. I believe I received this product 7 to 21 days ago. I have ordered 100's of dollars from this company and never complained (except for one item that took 3 months to receive) and they will not refund 16.00!
I only wanted a replacement product (I was never told whether it was just my product or all of the products.) and disclosure of their policy on every receipt that they send out.

I used a crowd to order a few things, including two sets of Lightning cables and items for my wife for Mothers Day. This was back in April when I put in the order. It is now early June. I logged into my account regularly and saw that one item was listed as being shipped on May 27 and absolutely no information on the other.
At this point, I suspect that the entire Ncrowd company is nothing but a bunch of scammers and advise EVERYONE to stay as far away from this company as possible.

I purchased an item that was of inferior quality. Sam in customer service was very helpful in helping me return the item and get a refund. I was upset that Crowd Saving would even offer such an inferior product, but I am reviewing their customer service here, and it was outstanding.

I have repeatedly ask for my acct to be credited on vouchers for price paid and they will not honor anything claiming they didn't received any profits from sale and they have taken over company. I will be turning them in to BBB and post several bad reviews on FB and every place I can. Very disappointed!

It's nice to know that great customer service has not disappeared. My order was not received in the allotted time so I sent a message asking for help. Their agent was was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and others to resolve my problem. She was professional and helpful. I definitely will order again.
I have purchased several items from nCrowd--most took longer than expected to arrive. Two items purchased have not arrived nearly three months after the order date. One item sent me a notice that they had shipped my merchandise on March 22nd, it is now nearly June and the order has not arrived. I have heard nothing of the other order since purchasing on March 10th. I sent an email to support services on May 20th with no acknowledgement or reply to date. So much for "support" for their customer. My advice--don't bother! You can find the same merchandise on other sites for the same or better price and will get some assistance if you have problems with delivery.

Customer Service replied in a timely manner and kept me updated and very informed about my questions. Danielle was very helpful.
In early May I purchase a somewhat time sensitive coupon (car detailing including salt removal) but could not get an appointment with the provider until the end of summer. Unwilling to wait that long, I applied to nCrowd for cancellation and a refund. I received an immediate reply and notification that my request had been actioned within a few hours. I am impressed with the speed with which nCrowd acted.
Customer service responds promptly and they are extremely professional. They resolved my issue immediately!

Answer: They are still in scamming business - yes - they sell, but do not ship anything! Do not buy
Answer: No bankrupt. Just name change scam. They do this just about every year when they screw people... they just change their name. We are working on looking into getting them involved in the Federal Trade Commission here in the United States. What have you got over there? Some sort of government organisation?
Answer: Contact the Retail Ombudsman. This is a new service and you can lodge your complaint with them online. If you paid for your items by credit card you should be able to claim the monies back via your card provider. Hope this helps.
Answer: As others have suggested here, ask your credit card company for a chargeback as soon as possible. Explain to your cc company that nCrowd is now in foreclosure and isn't selling any more goods or services. Therefore, any unused store credit or vouchers are now useless. I wouldn't bother to wait for nCrowd to resume selling deals again. You could also send your cc company the information about the foreclosure (see the link below) to support your claim. Also, your cc company will likely request proof (e.g., emails with the merchants or the names of the merchants you have spoken to on the phone) that the merchants were unwilling to honor the vouchers. I was able to get a chargeback by doing the above. Answer: When I got the shaft from this company, I complained to the Better Business Bureau, and asked my state's Attorney General for help. Then nCrowd responded quickly.
Answer: Dear Kath, NCrowd went bankrupt and were taken over (or renamed themselves) BoomStreet. Boomstreet said they would send me a refund but never did. I and a number of others posted warnings on SiteJabber about BoomStreet but these were removed due to "lack of evidence". Now BoomStreet has gone bust after taking more money from people - see BoomStreet.co.uk. This means that small creditors are at the back of the que, don't hold your breath! I would discuss this with your credit card company, that's your best hope. Best Regards, David
Answer: I wish I could tell you, all I know is do not accept a credit to their site. Maybe complain to your credit card company regarding their fraud?
Answer: They are Boomstreet now. Filed bankruptcy and changed their name. That way, they can keep all of the money they have collected from buyers and not send the merchandise. Merchants that do send merchandise on behalf of newly named Boomstreet WILL NOT GET PAID. I recommend finding Boomstreet online and sending them relentless emails demanding your money back.
