I was not expecting plants that big to arrive so we'll packaged. I followed the directions provided and have two beautiful additions to my garden.

My forsythia arrived on time, well packed and in perfect condition. I planted it as recommended on their site. The plant adapted perfectly with no drooping or lost leaves. Of course, i do talk to it and praise it so that could be an influence. I highly recommend this grower and will use them again.

The cherry trees I ordered were well packed and looked a little rough when unpacked, however they have come back and filled out well.

I ordered a mimosa tree as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, after waiting 3 months, it arrived with the top broken off and nearly all the leaves dead at the bottom of the box. I sent photos and called but I couldn't get anywhere with customer service. When I called, they asked me to email more photos but their responses were automated and followed a script. I understand that damage can happen during shipping but this tree isn't worth the $100 I spent on it! This isn't a company you want to do business with!

I placed an order on NatureHills.com for Purple Robe Locust Tree. After placing the order, I called a cousin who warned me about the tree so I called them within the same hour of purchasing and requested to cancel after I couldn't find a way to do it on my own on the website. The first time I called, I spoke to * who claimed he could provide me with a gift card for a future purchase, the second time I called, I was told the same thing. Both times I was advised the terms and conditions has the cancellation policy, which is not in the first fold of the page and isn't typical for a purchase path decision. Typically cancellation fees are prominent in or above the first fold of a websites page. I tried explaining this both times and no resolution was found. I attempted to cancel my order both times but they advised I have to accept either a gift card, hold of fund for future purchase or a refund reduced by the 10% cancellation fee. It's a deceptive business practice and not inline with what other online nurseries charge. I have filed a complaint with Nebraska AGO for the deception and am waiting for a response.

They send out dead plants and won't refund you. Horrible customer service and not willing to do the right thing for their customers.

Really sad there are companies like this. I was so excited to get my trees for my new garden and unfortunately, I just received dead trees and I'm out a bunch of money.

My order arrived on time and the plants were in great condition. They are thriving in their new home! Thanks for your service.

I ordered two plants from this organization and they were never delivered, they have a Fedex code stating they were delivered - but no way to actually track it. They refuse to resend the plants - I do NOT recommend

They charged me $179 for 6 dead plants and refused to take them back. THis company is a scam and you would be better off going almost anywhere else.

I was a little nervous to purchase from an online company, but couldn't find a female holly plant locally. The holly arrived carefully packaged and in beautiful condition. It is thriving in its chosen spot. It did take a little longer to ship than I expected, and I would have appreciated a little more communication about its expected arrival. But I am overall pleased with my purchase and will consider purchasing from them again.

I have come to look forward to receiving new trees from Nature Hills. We have purchased five or six beautiful trees from them in the last couple of years, and the latest is no exception. Our new Native Plum has a fine form, and is doing well in our yard.

I ordered a Toka plum from Nature Hills but it was out of stock, so I put myself on the waiting list there and at other sites. Nature Hills was the only one to notify me of stock on hand. My tree was really good, well packed and healthy. I planted it right away.

I recommend ordering early to get good trees, or if on a waiting list, to order as soon as you get notified it is in stock.

My tree is great and growing well. I am including a picture.

Shipped a 12' tree in an 8' box truck (were told when I ordered it would come on a flat bed truck). This was after zero communication from them on shipping, repeated calls to find out when it would be shipped so we could have our certified arborist plant the tree. Out of nowhere the tree arrived one day. I wouldn't have even known they jammed it into the box truck but I happened to be walking out the door as the delivery guy was climbing back into the truck and driving away.

Because there was no notification we had to wait two weeks to get on the arborist's schedule. After the tree was planted the straps attaching the tree to the pole were removed and that was when we discovered the trunk was broken 3' from the top of the tree.

Zero satisfaction after repeated calls to their customer service.

I purchased multiple trees from Nature Hills and the warranty coverage.
One tree arrived damaged and was immediately replaced, while the 2nd tree in that shipment was also damaged and died later I had to pay for replacement. Said I didn't report the problem with in 48 hours of receiving- even though I had reported entire package was damaged.
3rd tree died over winter (1 year warranty) I contact on dead tree was told to monitor it for another month to see if it would rebound. No change. Contact again and was told tree is out of warranty now. VERY DECEPTIVE practices, making you wait till out of warranty period! DONT BUY FROM Support you local nursery.

I've purchased a Harry Lauder's Walking Stick and an Inaba Shidare Japanese Maple from Nature Hills Nursery both of which arrived in excellent condition and are now thriving in my gardens. I will not hesitate to purchase from Nature Hills Nursery again next season. They are reliable and their plants are first quality.
