I'm old school, reluctant to trust a company really will do what they say. They did. All the live plants arrived fresh and healthy. I couldn't believe it! I very highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

I spent hours trying to locate the ultra perfect Maiden Grasses for my California low water garden. When I finally located them at Nature Hills Nursery, I was thrilled because this variety was so hard to find! I was a bit skeptical ordering eight of them online and I was delighted when they arrived. I could see how carefully they were packed and all they needed was some watering, as expected due to the long distance to my west coast location.

I plan to purchase five large-leafed Birds of Paradise to complement these large graceful grasses- again from Nature Hills. I am so happy to have found this online plant resource!

Happy with their products, but after you've ordered, they will relentlessly hound you with emails requesting reviews.

The 3 trees I ordered were just wonderful! What I failed to realize was that the pistachio trees probably won't do well here. However! With climate change and all and temps rising in this area... I'm keeping my green thumbs crossed!

We recently tore out all of the landscaping around our house and decided to start from scratch. We ordered everything from Nature Hills Nursery (about 30 plants/bushes as well as perennial flowers). We could not be happier with our experience. The plants arrived well packaged and in great order.

They were amazing shipments. However they need IT help. Tried to upload a pic 10 times and would not let me, but just realized that is not their issue. It is sitejapper's issue.

My first order was fine. Everything that I received was in good quality and arrived undamaged and on time. So I had no reason to believe that my second order would be any different. WOW! The plants (I call them twigs to be more precise!) arrived damaged, half dead, and approximately 8" tall with only 1 stem. Now, let's be honest. You can go to any box store, I prefer Lowe's, and see what you are buying, pick thru to find your favorite and pay WAY less! I bought these 2 hydrangeas for a total of $78 and would NEVER have paid that if I would have seen these in person. In fact, the are quite laughable!
After several emails and calls, I finally spoke to a customer service manager who informed that although I was right on all points her hands were tied as she had to abide by the company's terms and conditions! In other words, another of the many "thanks for your money, now be gone" moments in this world!
So be warned, they do not appreciate customer loyalty (my first order was $750 worth of plants!), nor do they stand by their garbage products! I am glad I only wasted $78 on this company and will continue to be loyal to my local Lowe's who by the way has a FREE 1-year guarantee on all their plant including clearanced items! And yes, I have returned several dead and half-dead plants to them with NO hassles, NO questions, NO necessary explanations, just great customer service and a refund in FULL! I wholeheartedly suggest buying local and avoiding these money grubbers who lack any desire to back their own items!

My plants arrived packaged securely and full of life. I planted them soon after delivery and they are thriving. I'll be ordering more from Nature's Hills come spring!

The plant was so dried out when I received it. All of the leaves have fallen off. I'm pretty sure it will not make it. I followed all the planting instructions.

I would recommend you to everyone, the hydrangea has put out so much new growth. Can't wait to plant it and see it bloom next year.

I was very satisfied with the Rose of Sharon trees I ordered from Nature Hills Nursery. They are every bit as equivalent in size and quality as one I bought at another local nursery. The price was comparable to that of the local nursery. The delivery was fast and the trees are doing great. I'm very satisfied with Nature Hills Nursery's product and delivery. I had to replace arose bush recently due to some extreme heat this summer. I wanted something similar and wow was I ever pleased with the beautiful plant I received from nature hills. It was huge and so healthy. It also came with clear planting instructions (always a plus for this old brain). It has done so well and is just beautiful. I plan on using this site again for sure.

I ordered four hydrangea plants and I absolutely love them! The plants were in terrific condition when I received them and they have done very well after I planted them. I would highly recommend this Nursery and will definitely use them again.

Well organized company. I received the beautiful Yucca plant exactly as described. It arrived when promised. The plant is thriving. Would order again from this fine company.

Very nice rose tree, when it first arrived, and prior to planting - all the leaves fell off.
Must have been stress from the trip (Omaha, NE to Evans Georgia). Once it settled down, all the greenery has returned with many blooms.

My plants were delivered on time and the plants were in great condition. I would buy more plants from them

This nursery advertised a crape myrtle in 'tree form" and it showed up in bush form (multiple stems) despite having called twice to confirm. They simply suggested cutting off all the stems except one. In addition, it showed up with all the leaves dead and having fallen off in the box (plants in a box?). In addition to being stressed, the plant is also rootbound. If this were at a brick and mortar nursery, it would be disposed of since it would not be sellable. Do not trust this company or the products they advertise and sell. Go to Monrovia and have it delivered to your local nursery for pick up.
