I ordered in the spring about 150 Low grow sumac plants. Very hard to find these plants at a reasonable price and good quality. And very short after ordering I received my plants very well packed, good size and very healthy. All 150 made it and now are growing beautifully where I plant them.

Once you order from Nature Hills. First your money is processed and in there pocket. Your plant will arrive usually in good condition! If it is not and you have a complaint customer service will listen! Chances are your not going to get your money back or a new plant! They have terms and conditions that cover everything to negate your complaint! So just be advised they, in many cases will leave you sitting with a useless plant! A plant they know by reviewing the pictures is sub standard! All you will get from customer service is I apologize! According to our terms and conditions blah blah blah A very unhappy customer!

I finally located the rose variety I had been looking for at Nature Hills. I had never heard of this distant nursery, but took a chance and placed my order. The plant arrived in a timely manner. I was surprised to find a mature bush with seven buds on it when I opened the box. It has settled in nicely, and looks happy and healthy a couple of months after planting. It was an investment, but will be worth it if it lives 25+ years like the other one that I have of this variety. Thank you Nature Hills.

I have purchased several trees and they ALWAYS show up fresh and none have ever gone through any "recovery" periods. Its like they were planted in my soil from day one as they are all hardy and start growing immediately and have lovely foliage. Highly recommended.

Timely, delivery of a good plant. Carefully protected in a well designed packaged. Plant was blooming and in good condition.

My bonfire peach arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. It has been planted for over a month and is thriving.

I placed an order for Cranesbill Geraniums on May 1. I wanted a low growing plant that would give me color from spring into winter and the description of this plant matched what I was looking for. They arrived May 7th., well packaged and very healthy looking when removed from packaging. They have been growing and blooming now for 6 weeks. They are in an irrigated landscape bed. I live in Knoxville, TN and they are coping with the heat wave. The pictures show the plant right after planting and on June 15th.

Bought a lilac tree for a friend instead of flowers for a death in family. The tree arrived healthy and well packaged. They were thrilled to receive it!

I unfortunately placed my order online, hoping that I would be able to receive my plants within 10 days, in time for an event at my home. I should have placed the order by phone because the online order did not specify delivery date. Within one minute I called to check the delivery date, thinking I would cancel the order if it would not be delivered on time. I found out the plants would take 7-10 days just to leave the nursery, never mind to be delivered. I was told the grower will not expedite orders I asked to cancel the order and was told there would be a 10 percent charge and my refund would not process for weeks. TERRIBLE customer service.

The hydrangea was full and bushy in a big pot. It now has several blooms. Thank you. Will buy from you again.

I was initially concerned as the tree was being shipped from Oregon to Eastern Pennsylvania. After I received it, I unboxed it and got it properly planted. A month later it has taken root and it thriving. I planted it in honour of my recently deceased wife, Meg. I expect the tree to be as beautiful as my wife.

Do not buy online from this company. My 4 plants for $108 were never delivered and the company will not reimburse me.

None of the tree nurseries around here sell Linden trees. I used to have one in my front yard growing up and decided I wanted another one. Lucky for me Nature Hills sells them. It arrived in great condition and I got it planted in my yard.

Received a damaged tree and after 3 telephone calls (on 3rd I was assured a higher level supervisor would call me within 24 hrs. 5 days later, no call. Been asked to take photos along with my description of damage. Have done that and an exact response followed asking for photos. Kind of a closed loop of no service.

I ordered a tree and after waiting 2-3 weeks for it to ship was informed it wasn't going to be ready to ship for at least 2 more weeks. They then said I would be charged a $10 or 10% fee for canceling the order. They didn't show the shipping estimate which just says "ships spring 2022 weather permitted" until I had already paid. Bad costumer service and ended up giving me a full refund because I was such a pain in their butts. Hope they don't scam more people. Best of luck

Ordered from this company April 1st. Not until I received my order confirmation did it state "shipment based on weather". Recieved two items two weeks later but I am now sitting on two months into June and the remaining has yet to ship. I have been informed twice it was ready to ship BUT they are blaming it on weather. Oddly enough my local nurseries have the same product in stock for the last 3 weeks.
Their terms indicate restocking fee if canceled which is just another stalling method. IF this company indicate shipment based on weather then you will BE SCREWED because this means the dictate when they are ready to ship. This indication could be in one week or two years, your guess. Looking at their weather for the last two weeks in Omaha Nebraska it shows middle 50s to high 80s. So it's NOT weather but a question they just do not have the merchandise they sold you.
Spare yourself the frustration of emails and speaking with the narcissistic * representative and buy from your local nursery. YOU GAVE BEEN WARNED, but if you have the same issue report them to the FTC.

The plants were received healthy, promptly. Since I received them they have grown and are thriving. I am excited to see them bloom this fall!
