I was really excited for this purchase, I bought a 3-4 foot pear tree... what arrived was a 3/8" of a inch stick(there was a tag that said 3/8" on the trunk) with maybe 20 leaves on it and barely any root development... plus this was not an inexpensive purchase... personally I feel scammed... I will NOT be reccomending them to anyone or be a repeat customer.

Horrible delivery… ordered 2 hydrangeas in 2 gal pots & plants arrived broken and in very poor condition. Plants were not protected at all in box in any way and cannot be salvaged! And $200.00 with shipping for 2 plants was an outrageous price to begin with. They were very very small in size and the Plants were 1/4 the size they should be for that price if they had arrived healthy & unbroken.
Customer service absolutely terrible! Both reps Koli. And Barry were unsympathetic and quite rude. Barry's attitude was very demeaning and insulting! Worst customer service and I have ever experienced! Will never order again!

There is no warranty on the junk they send, they will not stand behind their products. I was given the run around for six months about a $800 refund, even after they admitted I was correct. Then, just stopped communication. Not sure how they sleep at night

This is the first year I have purchased from Nature Hills Nursery. Their plants are a little expensive but every plant I ordered was healthy and absolutely great looking. I love the way they package the plants. They looked so good, it looked like I went to a local nursery and purchased them. My local nursery did not have most of the plants I ordered. Yes I will order again.

When my overpriced fountain grass arrived I was astonished about my order. 79.00 for two plants that when and if they survive will be a miracle. I asked for a refund and they told me to ship back at my expense and plus a 40% restocking fee... laughable

I have had the best results with my dwarf blueberry and blackberry bushes. I love Nature Hills Nursery.

The Rutpink Kousa dogwood came in very excellent condition. It was extremely well packed. I have bought many nursery items from other dealers. This packing was the best I have ever seen. This comment comes from a retired nursery man. Great job! Thanks, Jim

NatureHills.com Do not by from these horrible cheaters. I tried to cancel one of the items on my order just minutes after I placed the order and they would not cancel it. I paid $150.00 on 3 Hydrangeas which arrived late and dead. This program will only let me download 1 of the 3 pseudo plants. Those with 2 or 3 were too large. All three looked the same. $150.00 I feel like such a sucker. You can't leave a review on their site.

I ordered a tree online after hours to find I ordered the wrong tree. I went to their site and filled out a form to cancel and was going to order the right tree.
24 hours I received a reply email thanking me for the order and telling me that the tree will be shipping soon (avoiding mentioning anything about my canceling request). I emailed again and got a response 20 hours later saying that I couldn't cancel because the order is in shipping status.
The family owner business that they proud them self of is built on greed and disregard to customers errors.

They emailed me a code for $10 off and it didn't work. I Tried it again on second purchase [spent almost $800 so certainly met their $100 minimum] and it still didn't work. I notified them via email, they asked for proof and I sent multiple screen shots showing the attempts and the rejection [in red print]. Their [rude] reply was 'it worked for them' and if I read their terms and conditions I would see they don't offer refunds. [!] In addition they pointed out that I didn't click the button for free shipping [on either purchase] so they charged me each time for that also. They went further and told me they verified my IP address [!] and since I didn't click the button - in essence too bad. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking that they charge me the corrected amount. They were increasingly aggressive and snotty with each communication. Terrible customer service.

I purchased 2 nectarine trees, the came very quickly and were in great shape looking very healthy! I planted them the next day and so far so good. The trees were packed with care and very secure in the box. After the great service i received I ordered 2 Italian prune trees, great experience with that order as well! Overall very happy with Nature Hills Nursery!

I bought two cherry trees from nature hills nursery paid to much thinking I was dealing with a great company and they would stand behind what they sale. I was wrong one of the trees out of two didn't look as good as other but we planted hoping for the best but it Died other tree we happy with. Asked for a replacement they said would give 50% of what I and I pay shipping of a tree we already paid higher price for. We will not be buying anything from them again I would not recommend to anyone!

Trees arrived in excellent condition.
Healthy with foliage.

I have never ordered a tree much less two! However I have wanted a Walking Stick tree for a long time! I was pleasantly surprised how easy Nature Hills Nursery made this purchase! And the two trees I received were bigger and fuller than expected! I have planted them and they have beautiful new growth already! The price was better than I found here in my home town which was a plus also. I will certainly order from Nature Hills again!

I ordered two Sasanqua Camelia shrubs ($98 ea.) and four Autum Ferns. I'm sorry and very disappaointed with the tiny and damaged looking Sas! I took pictures and sent them to them and while they agreed a little "bad" I had no recourse for return unless I spent $60 each for shipping and pay a restocking fee if 40%! So I will try to nurse these babies and chalk this down as an expensive lesson learned. I will buy local next time! The packaging cost more than the product
