We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

Our visit to the showroom was great. We received a warm welcome, were able to view so many fabric choices, see a demonstration awning and the pricing structure was very clear. I am very pleased with the newly fitted awning. It's just a shame that the original quote was incorrect - the height of the door over which the awning would project, was not originally considered correctly. So the final bill was for quite a lot more money. Otherwise, it went well.

John, who came to give us the a choice of products, was very nice and spent time with us. However, when he left, we were led to believe that there was certain package that we was getting. But that was, for customers that. Spent ******* and and not 9400. This was a heater, we did have the heater in the end but we was asked to pay for it, when I pointed out we was told it was free we did get it for free. But when the surveyor came out, the measurement for the blind was wrong.And that was another two hundred and fifty pounds.Added to the bill. However, I will say that the installers were very professional. Had to put a few measures, right? But the product does look very good and I can say, I am happy. Would I recommend this company not sure?

Jordan and his team made a great job of installing my electric awning. He explained everything there was to know about the awning and I was given clear instructions on how it worked and given aftercare booklet and advice.

Although the installers were later in arriving, owing to a difficult earlier job, they kept us well informed and did a great job fitting the awning which we are delighted with.

I ordered the sun awning with some trepidation as it is an expensive purchase and I wasn't sure how it would look. Well it looks so much better than I expected and we all love it!

The whole process has been fantastic from start to finish. John Clark was the sales person I met with and he was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I talked to 3 companies but chose Nationwide for my veranda. They kept me updated on progress and it was ready to install before I expected it to be. Wayne and his teams worked really hard through a massive rainstorm and the veranda was up. I've used it a lot since it's been up and love being able to sit outside even when it's raining. I would highly recommend Nationwide for your next project.

The product is exactly what we wanted and was installed efficiently by the two lads within three hours. They were very friendly and polite at all times. Once finished, they very clearly talked us through the operating controls for both the awning and lighting bar. This has enabled us to sit in the garden a lot more than we did previously, especially with the extreme temperature that we have been experiencing recently. A job well done, thank you very much.

Procedure very easy from start to finish.

On the day of the instalation the 2 guys turned up on time, they were very polite,& got straight to work, they cleaned up after themselves & gave a demonstration on how it worked, also leaving care advice on the blind.totally satisfied with there work.

Still waiting for engineer to sort awning which has been made totally wrong!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you're unhappy with your awning and the experience so far.
We’d like to clarify that the awning has been manufactured to the correct specification. The “puckering” you have noticed on your fabric is a normal characteristic and can appear along the side hems, around the seams and in the centre of the panel. There is a double layer of fabric at the seams, which are sewn or bonded when flat. As the cover is wound onto the roller the two layers of fabric are forced to assume different diameters thus creating tension within the fabric. The tension of the folding arms and the weight of the roller and/or front profile can contribute to this effect — it does not affect performance or durability of the product.
Regarding your customer service experience, we apologise if our request for a photo came across as unhelpful. This step is necessary for our technical team to assess the situation accurately and ensure the correct resolution, as required.

A replacement awning for one that had lasted over thirty years. I thought the previous one ( also a Nationwide) was good but the new one has so many improvements and it works well and looks good.

Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
