Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

We’d like to clarify that the awning has been manufactured to the correct specification. The “puckering” you have noticed on your fabric is a normal characteristic and can appear along the side hems, around the seams and in the centre of the panel. There is a double layer of fabric at the seams, which are sewn or bonded when flat. As the cover is wound onto the roller the two layers of fabric are forced to assume different diameters thus creating tension within the fabric. The tension of the folding arms and the weight of the roller and/or front profile can contribute to this effect — it does not affect performance or durability of the product.
Regarding your customer service experience, we apologise if our request for a photo came across as unhelpful. This step is necessary for our technical team to assess the situation accurately and ensure the correct resolution, as required.

The planner worked around the limitations of our old property so original features would not need to be altered when installing the lean to. Very satisfied with my new awning, not so much with installation delays, the first two dates were cancelled causing me inconvenience.

Excellent service from start to finish. James was very helpful in the showroom showing and explaining all of the options for the awning we were looking at buying. The surveyor was great at liaising with us on his onsite visit. The 2 guys that came to fit the awning were friendly, super efficient and explained the product to us upon completion. I would highly recommend this company and the awning is a wonderful addition to our house, giving us a cool place to sit in the hot sunny days and a wonderful area to sit with the fitted lights in the evening.

From our first visit to the showroom to installation of our awning, we have had a great experience with Nationwide Home Innovations Ltd. Pleasant staff on hand in the showroom who showed us the range of awnings and extras, from material to electronic accessories available to make life easier.
The surveyor was very informative at our home visit, giving us recommendations on how to get the best from the awning. We made the decision to extend the width of our awning from the original width and it has proven to be of great benefit. The installation went to plan, the 2 men installing the awning were quick and efficient, were tidy in their work and respected our property.
The awning has proven to be the best decision, it keeps our living room cooler, especially during the recent heatwave.

Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
