Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

After requesting a brochure I made an appointment for a home design consultation. I was impressed by the depth of knowledge of Mr Terry Potter, and he was able to answer all my questions about the awning that I was considering purchasing. I felt confident that the product would be able to give me the level of shade that I needed, although Mr Potter did insist on advising me that it would not be totally shaded due to the type of installation. The awning was fitted beautifully, ahead of schedule. I am delighted with it.

Superb couple of lads arrived promptly on the day. They were totally customer focused and nothing was too much trouble for them. The weather was inclement but they battled on and made a fab job. Everything was left clean and tidy and boards were placed over my decking to minimise risk of damage during installation.

The salesman was very thorough and explained in detail all aspects of the blind.
The surveyor, again, was very thorough. He explained that as the property was old brick I would need support brackets for the blind.
The 2 installers knew exactly what needed to be done and were very quick and efficient. They cleared up after themselves and I am now the proud owner of a very smart blind.

Some minor issues with the installation, post front and glazing bar slightly damaged but both were replaced very quickly and without any difficulties.

We are very pleased with our new awning. The colour is great and matches our windows and patio. The smooth mechanism is brilliant and the guys who fitted it were very quick and friendly.
It would have been 5 stars but trying to order it was a bit long winded especially taking out the loan which was a very long process.

Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
