Sales experience was very good no pressure very informative. Order to install kept informed, very professional and personal. Install very quick and guys were great. All in all excellent!

While the glass room is good and the installers are very polite, After the install, I am finding a lot of metal debris on grass, in my gravel beds, and in crevices. If they are on tiles, they are easy to remove, but not when they are on grass, gravel beds or on narrow crevices. And these are sharp, and on grass, they can be dangerous if I stepped on them bare foot. The installers should use more dust collection sheets and dust extractors in the future and make sure these metal debris are collected immediately, and should not wait till the end of the install to collect these up.

So far so good. Professional service and solid product. Good communication and the timings were ok too.

It all went well on the assembly as it was not easy as I had a metal rail at the front of my metre high decking

After a lot of researching pergolas and verandas, this company's track record looked good. It certainly is not the cheapest. However we wanted something that was well made, installed to a high standard and would last.
Their salesman was personable and professional. I would advise you have a firm budget in mind, it's easy to be swayed with the fabulous add ons available. A couple of weeks after agreeing on the type and style including pros and cons of different products (please do some research beforehand) their surveyor came to check the sizing etc. He was super and certainly knew the product chosen. We were informed of an approximate installation date, shortly after we were given a firm date and the two installers arrived as planned. They were professional, tidy, efficient and pleasant.
The process from the initial contact through to the installation was faultless. The representatives all gave glowing reviews of their employer when asked. That was exceptionally reassuring.

Very professional, quick to respond and home visit. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with the end result.

We are very happy with our new veranda. The installation was excellent and teams were cheerful, informative and very professional.

The team were on time and did a tidy and wonderful job. I couldn't stay as my husband was in hospital, but they were helpful and understanding and trustworthy. The verandah is very attractive and is a great asset to the home.

Had a new awning fitted.Team arrived slightly early. Worked non-stop. Tidie up well. Perfect fitting.

From the initial contact, to choosing a fabric and having the awning fitted was first class. We chose an awning with lights and a garden heater which looks very impressive We also have a screen that drops down at the front as our garden get the sun all day. So looking forward to using it when the weather improves as it is perfect for family and friends get togethers.

The build team arrived at 8am and immediately started work. They only needed hot drinks to keep them going as it was freezing cold.
They worked well, efficiently and tidied up after themselves. They even put the larger items back on my patio which I really appreciated as I'm in my 70's!
The only problem was the late arrival of the glass panels which set them back an hour or so..

I am so happy with my lovely new awning I have recently had installed by Nationwide, from beginning to the fitting being finished the whole experience was superb! The team from the salesperson to the fitters were amazing helping and advising, never rushing me to make a decision. The fitters finished the job with expertise and patience. My awning is just what I wanted and can't wait for the summer to start using g it!

Looks to be a good product, fitters very efficient and attentive, so far so good, won't be used until we get out of winter so for now it is another job done!

From site visit to ordering and installation the Nationwide team did an excellent job. They explained the process throughout and the awning is of excellent quality.

On time good job except for the pavers they had to take up, they have made it hard to open my side door it now scrapes along the paver.

Initial contact who came to quote got a lot wrong and surveyor changed our order.
The installation guys were brilliant and we are very satisfied with the final product t.

They have kept me updated with their processes, kept all appointments in a timely manner, been courteous and helpful - which has resulted in a great looking sun awning - expertly fitted.

Good experience from start to finish. Good quality product, reasonably priced. Well fitted. The awning fits well but only just installed so cannot comment on reliability. Would recommend the company highly.

The process was well managed and the team who installed were polite and efficient. The survey was thorough and and thought about and spoke to us about the best solution for our site.
