We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

2 men arrived on time and fitted my awing very quickly and washed my decking when job completed.
Before leaving showed me how to operate with remote control and said to call office any time if I have any problems.

Deckroof started to install on 22 August and on 23 August without any prior notice professionals left the site and didn't finish the job. I had to contact the work manager then and had to cancel my pre booked bank holiday trip with family on 26 August Monday, so they can revisit and complete the installation work on that day (I had no other choice except to cancel my well advanced and pre booked holiday trip plan because work manager wasn't able to provide me any other completion dates before the mid September!). It didn't stop there, on 23 August there was raining and we noticed there were multiple water leaking sites through the partly-installed roof as well as through the deckroof and building wall attachment side. Photos and videos of it was sent to customer service on 24 August and while they came back to site on 26 August, I was explained & reassured by the professionals that leaking happened due to incomplete joint sealings and after completion of installation today, there would be no more leakages.
However, there was further raining on 7 September and we discovered that there are again multiple areas of water leaking sites from the deck roof as well as roof-building wall junction - though sealant were applied everywhere while installation completed on 26 August.
I resent photos and videos to company regarding this issue and now I am waiting for them coming back to reassess the status of leaking on 1 October! More than three weeks later from reporting date.
I am very dissatisfied with the disruptive work pattern and poor installation workmanship; I had to cancel my pre booked bank holiday trip because of company's non-professional behaviour and now I have to wait for more than three weeks before they can come and reassess the status of workmanship. I was told by company that if there is any cancellation happens with other appointments, they may visit my property before 1 October.
I won't recommend this company to any of my relatives, friends and colleagues.
Arrived on time, were polite and friendly. Work carried out efficiently and with little inconvenience to me. Cleared away but left quite a bit of brick dust which is why I marked the service 8.
Product itself satisfactory but perhaps a bit pricey.

Despite issues with our wall, it sagged, which resulted in getting a stonemason in to sort it out, it added three weeks to the installation time. This meant 12 weeks from ordering to install. However, it's now up and we have spent most of that time sat under it! It's great on a summer evening with a "small one" to drink!

Staff friendly, helpful and efficient throughout. Veranda and awning fitted in 6 hours and the 2 fitters were friendly snd very respectful of my garden, leaving it very tidy afterwards.

Very happy. Small problem with the cable on the blind but the fitters Wayne & Antony went above and beyond to make sure it was still fitted on the day making a return visit.
This probably could have been avoided if item was checked before being sent out.
Looking forward to sitting out in all weather with my coffees and staying dry.

Guy and Chris who installed our external awning over our conservatory did an excellent job. They were incredibly neat and worked very quickly, finishing the job even earlier than promised. Very happy with Nationwide. They provided the most detailed of the three quotes we requested (the other two gave insufficient information to make a decision).We had to wait a few weeks for the surveyor to come and carry out the formal survey, but when he did, he worked quickly, answered all our questions and explained all the options to us, so we happily signed on the dotted line. There is a huge range of colour options to select from, and we went for a jolly yellow and white striped awning. It has made so much more of our garden, and gives us great pleasure. We now have some friends and neighbours who are considering such an addition to their outside space. We only had it installed in early August, so can't comment on how it will be over the long term.

Excellent service from Nationwide in relation to our awning installation. Fully informed of everything from start to finish from our initial contact and dealing with John Sharp to the fitting some weeks later by the two young lads. Everything was explained to us along the way in an easy and professional manner. All the people we dealt with were polite,easy going,informative and worked well and efficiently The site was cleaned on completion. We have been enjoying the benefits of the awning as often as possible in the recent hot weather. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nationwide services.

The structure was installed while I was at work.
When I arrived home I was greeted to a lovely verandah.
There was no mess to clean up.

Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
