Ordered a cover from Website. Clearly states it comes with straps. None were included. When I FINALLY reached someone, they said it was a typographical error. Agent was very rude and refused to transfer me to anyone else. I asked to speak to a manager and SHE hung up on me. By the way, the straps are $20. They lost a customer over $20. Seriously?

Worst Costumer Service

Order a boat cover that National said they shipped but I never received. When calling National the lady basic response was " Not our fault, you need to call Fed EX " How in the world a company with so many 1 star reviews are still in business I will never understand. Terrible Costumer Service, can't even imagine trying to use the warranty the proclaim to have!

We purchased boat cover in amount of 588.00 on nov 29,2020. Said it was in stock and to ship. Have not received any further information. Attempted to call 4-6 times on hold for 20 min no answer. Emailed 4 times no response. Have disputed purchase with credit card company and contacted BBB.

Placed an order for a boat cover and was told it would be shipped within 5-7 business days. A month later and many hours wasted on the phone with no call back or answer we finally got in touch with someone on the chat service. Their word were " i see this is order is extremely late and i can expidite this to the orders department". No thank you, since you have already billed us we would like to cancel the order and be refunded the money. We will see how that process works. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering.

Bad Customer Service

I ordered a small trailer cover and tire covers from these guy. System said item is in stock when I placed my order on 11/1/20 with expected ship date1 of 1/6. I finally was able to speak to their CSR a week and half later after calling them dozen of times. Later that evening, the status of my order went to "Shipped", but they play this game of sending the manifest to FedEx but didn't send the physical package over to FedEx until Frid ay. I have deal with shippers before and this a game they would play to trick you into thinking your order has shipped. To be honest I'm very with the cover I received, but I'm short the tire covers I ordered. These guys are the worst when asked to leave a message. THEY NEVER RESPOND. Now I'm back to calling getting my last missing item. These guys also claimed to make their stuff here in US, but my cover came from China. I was hoping to support our workers when possible. Let's hope the cover I bought is of good quality or future warranty call will be a call to HELL:(

National Covers if you're reading this message my order # is R*******. Please resolved my issue.

I ordered a bimini top replacement canvas for nearly $400. After 2 months the canvas is tearing at every seam. Their best offer is for me to take it off my boat, locate an upholsterer, get them to fix their substandard product and reimburse me up to $50. What a joke. Only order from here if you want overpriced substandard products with poor service.

Have been on BBB web site and YouTube. Reviews are not good. Now Amazon can not find or confirm my order, constantly getting the run around and no confirmation of shipping date from "Lauren " the manger. They didn't waste no time of taking the money from my account, so far from 192 plus another 115 dollars for correction of ordering cover that supposedly will fit cart. But no new order no# or confirmation no# than one's given time of order, but no new ones after change of color and so correction of fit...

I'm reading all these bad reviews and I just don't get it. My Bimini arrived really, really fast and, although I understood I was buying an inexpensive product, the Bimini top far exceeded my expectations. It even included tools for installation.

Not worth it

Said in stock, ready to ship 2-4 days 6 days past I called, was told it was not in stock wouck take 5 to 7 days yo be made. Read the reviews not worth it too may shabby reviews. Cancelled order, well that waa a week ago and I recieved a email that the refund was completed, my bank says otherwise as there has been no activity. Bait and switch company no repect or dignity. Will spend more elsewhere. But I will get a product that is quality amd a compamy tjay stands by its word.

On March 1st 2019, we purchased a boat cover. The cost was over $300 and the website states they have a warranty for all covers and it all seemed legit. DO NOT buy from this company. The material is very poor. Our cover ripped and they are stating it is not covered and wouldn't even offer half price for a new one. As a matter of fact, they would not do anything at all. The "warranty" is not true and the material is very poor quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Poor customer service

My first experience with national. I ordered a bimini top, frame and hardware in early Aug 2020.
Supposed to be stocked item. It took me 3 weeks to receive. And, they sent me the wrong item! I hate returning stuff. Did submit for return, for them to arrange pick-up, and asked them to expedite, what I ordered.
Sent 2 emails, left 2 messages in 3 days without a courtesy call or contact.
Guess they figured, they got paid.
Knowing what I know, now. I wouldn't order again from these guys!

Poor service

Ordered a boat cover and it ripped on the seam before 6 months - sent it in for repair and after getting it back it ripped on two other seams within a month - VERY POOR QUALITY - have been trying for two months to get a warranty return again and get no response. Would never use this company again!

Bimini top

I ordered a top for my boat from them on July 15th because it was listed as in stock and would ship July 16th. Here it is July 29th and I haven't heard from them since they took my money. I've tried emailing and calling to get some info on my order but have not heard from them at all. I've left several voicemails and still no reply. I'm wondering if this is even a legitimate business. I've disputed the charge with my cc company because I believe they are a fraud.

Ordered my bimini end of May 2020, they said would ship in 2-3 weeks. Now going on 6 weeks and they say will take additional 10 days and can't even gaurantee that! Several calls to them with no one answering/long holds with disconnects and finally they answer with this delay. VERY POOR customer service, they are a subsidiary of Eevelle boat covers so watch out who you order from.

I ordered the upgrade cover from here, 12 days later it comes in and does not even almost fit my boat. I told the the year make and model before ordering. It's now 8 days since I requested a return still no refund. I asked if they was going to add x2 ft to each side and send me one that fit only to be told they do not have a template of my boat.so if they don't have this to begin with what did they send me and why did they take my money. So for about a month my money is tied up for no reason. I wouldn't order a cover for a skateboard here. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a boat cover in the fall and put it away for the winter. When I tried to put it on my boat for this first time, it did not fit properly at all!

Contacted customer service, was referred to Returns who said it was more than 30 days, too bad. Tried to follow up with them, no reply. Tried to follow up again, got the same form letter "more than 30 days".

Bad product, bad service!
