National Boat Covers sent me a cover that wasn't as represented. Regardless, I returned in strict adherence to their return policy (in which I had to pay for shipping), and they acknowledged receipt of the return in proper condition. However, despite repeated efforts on my part and repeated promises on their part, I haven't received a refund many weeks later. Looking at BBB, I now see that this is their normal practice-refusing to issue a refund. DON'T BUY FROM NATIONAL BOAT COVERS!

Paid $1200 for a boat cover - that was advertised as waterproof. It leaks terribly. Terrible customer service. The $250 cover I bought on Amazon was a better cover!

The Bimini top they sold me was defective. They sent me an email saying my top was covered under warranty. They sent me an email with a tracking number with the replacement top. It has been a month. It never arrived. They won't return my calls. I filed a BBB complaint on them They would not respond to BBB. It has been almost two months, and they still have not replaced my top. I paid over $600.00 for this top. Do not do business with this company. The are dishonest and poorly run.

Purchased a boat Bimini top for almost $400 Checked their website and provided information to make sure the cover fits my boat. Sent them an email to make sure the product fits my vessel. They were quick to respond so that I can purchase the cover.
Cover was received and came with torn sides and don't even come close to fitting my boat. I didn't even bother to put it on as it would a waste of my time. Contacted them and they wanted me to pay for return shipping and said they would charge restocking fee of over 18%! They finally agreed to provide paid shipping and I have sent the item back immediately. They received their piece of $#*! product back and then a huge waste of my time and effort to get my money back started. They would block and not answer my calls and would never return my calls if I was able to get through. Promise after promise that they will expedite the refund for over 2 weeks now to no avail. They are withholding my money and are using it to run their dishonest business. They commit fraud, theft and practice false advertising.
They really should not be in business. I want my money back and every penny of it

The boat cover was not close to correct. It is not semi custom and the return process is terrible. No one

Received my order and was absolutely disappointed.

No poles nothing to support the top!

Website is very deceiving, looks like you are getting the poles and supports and only receive the top!

In texting back and forth was able to order the poles and supports! Still waiting on the order!

If you need any technical support on type or cover questions good luck only will reach foreign call center who only has access to same info you do online...hard to get a hold of and very slow to respond to vmail and email. Finally got frustrated and started looking elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. They cannot answer any questions, just give me the run-a-round. They sent me the wrong cover, I had to return ship at my expense, then they did not contact me when they received it and will not record the fact that it is the wrong cover and want to refund with a restocking fee. It's already been 6 weeks and no answers.

I recently purchased this boat cover, and I couldn't be happier. It fits my boat perfectly and the material feels incredibly durable. Even after a few heavy storms, my boat stayed completely dry and protected.

Not understanding the website totally or the details of what was being ordered I emailed and asked questions then placed my order for what I thought was a 10 ft canvas top only and no frame. Instead I received an 8 ft canvas top with frame and it doesn't fit. They want 20% restocking fee plus me paying to ship it back.

Their cover damaged my RV by wearing the fiberglass and decal finishes off of my RV in just 3 months of use.

This cover blew my mind. My husband said there was no way it was going to be that good for that price. He was wrong! This thing is awesome. Fit the boat great even with the trolling motor still on. No leaks and breathes well. Highly recommend.

Has held up well through the snow and rain. No tears, even through the downpour. Just make sure to protect any corners of the boat with some padding, as I am nervous with the weight that it may cause a few tears.
