This is the epitome of fast fashion - clothing that isn't always cheap but breaks within a few wears and crap quality. Package arrived ripped, kept getting updates on my 'Boohoo' order, I don't know if these brands are linked but if I knew they were connected would have never ordered from this company. Awful sizing, terrible fabrics. I've actually had better quality clothes from Primark. Yeah it's that bad
I recently bought several items and I was pleased with my purchase - until I read the reviews. They were almost universally negative and I was convinced I was going to be disappointed. To my shock, I like all of the items sent to me and they all fit well. The shipping took about a week which was totally fine. The quality of the clothes was comparable to the price point and they all matched the pictures online. Maybe my good experience was a one-off, but I definitely am pleased with the items I received.

Ordered a dress end of March 2020 during COVID-19 social distancing, but they still shipped it through FedEx requiring a signature. Couldn't sign for the package, and when I wrote to NastyGal, they told me FedEx has waived signature requirements. So I called FedEx, and they told me that this package requires a signature, no exceptions. What a waste of money, and $10 charged for shipping. Horrible business. Stay away.
I don't know why this site requires a signature for a package to be delivered! They are attempting to deliver during working hours everyday so I will likely never see the package. Do not order unless someone is home all day or you have a doorman.
I got a white pair of sneakers from Nasty Gal, super cute and comfortable but after my second time wearing them they snapped in half... here's a picture so you can see what I'm talking about.
Had ordered a tee for Christmas and ordered a women's size large. Came in the post and was a men's size large. I didn't mind and gave it to my husband and ordered some sunnies that I get complimented on all the time. However placed a large order recently of 7 dresses all in a size 14. I'm a standard 14 and buy most of my clothes from cotton on etc and all fit great if not slightly big but literally every dress is TINY one dress I couldn't even put one leg in. There more like a 8-10. Sizing is WAY off and I'll be returning everything.
Very upset. I bought a jacket and it looked very different that the picture. Very unhappy I tried to return it but because it came from the British company and they could not accept my address they would not let me do the return. Will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN UNLESS THEY MAKE IT RIGHT
BEWARE! I purchased a dress then after reading some reviews about the quality I cancelled the order within 15 minutes. Apparently they can take orders but not cancellations so they shipped the item anyways. The dress was ill fitting and not the greatest quality. I then had to deal with shipping the item back at my cost because they ignore cancellations. This was my first order and will be my last!
Ordered the Call It Knit's Pom Pom Balloon Sleeve Sweater and just received it. Super excited to wear it but it has dark brown stains on the front of the sweater. Total disappointment.
First off they sent me a black long sleeve mock neck when I ordered a white sleeveless turtle neck, and every single size I ordered was bigger than what I ordered! I ordered a size 12 in a dress and they sent me a 20! Never ordering from them again, horrible company no wonder why they are going out of business!
Worst company ever. Took 2-3 weeks to receive order and tracking information with usps. Nasty girl did not send them the manifest so I also didn't receive tracking information. Will never order again. I email them cause unfortunately the company do not have a customer service team on phones... didn't receive a response so I decide to Facebook message them. All that to receive a $#*!ty response. "Your package is on its way, order was stuck in customs" blah blah blah bs. Oh yeah you will receive use clothes that may have stains. My clothing didn't but a close friend of mine received stained clothing.
I am extremely disappointed with Nasty Gal. My order was supposed to arrive on 12/4. When it still hadn't arrived by 12/10 I contacted customer support. The support person emailed back with a link to the tracking info and said it would arrive 12/11, however the link showed 12/13. It arrived on 12/13,9 days late. When it arrived, the package was ripped up with the clothes hanging out of the bag. There was also a shoe box in the package that was completely destroyed. I took pictures and sent these to customer service again asking for compensation. I got an auto response saying that the inbox was too full and my message could not be delivered. Unbelievable. I will never order anything from Nasty Gal again.
I haven't received my order and it's been way more than 10 days. Customer service (they don't even have a phone number to reach them so I messaged them on all social media and even whatsapp) told me it would come soon. Guess what, it hasn't. I want a refund, but will I get in touch with someone to actually issue me one? Nope. Please, for your own sanity, stay away from this site. Oh also, the last time I ordered from Nastygal the quality of clothes was actually sh*t, so I just bought shoes this time (still haven't received them)
I use to love Nasty Gal. However, the last few items I ordered from them was complete garbage. There was a necklace which was too small to even fit around my neck (and I'm fairly small - A size M in clothing). I also ordered hats and when they arrived they had glue exposed and they were falling apart. I'm pretty sure all of their pieces are being manufactured at a cheap factory in China which is extremely disappointing.
Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a couple of items of clothing. Had to return all of it.
I bought some platform boots which were SO cheap and horrible. They had a chunk missing out of FOAM sole. They looked nothing like they did online.
I also bought some creeper shoes. They were so heavy that they were difficult to walk in, it was like having bricks on your feet.
I bought 2 body suits. They were completely different to how they looked online. Completely see-through and cheap, horrible material.
I sent all of it back for return and they have only acknowledged the shoes, so I have had to contact them to get that sorted - who knows how long that will take!
Will never buy from here again.
If I could give this a 0 Star I would. I ordered a few pieces from their website back in September... When they arrived the items were VERY poor quality and completely see-through. I reached out to express my concerns and to ask how I could return them to get a refund they responded "sorry you feel that way babe" and didn't even answer my questions. I finally figured it out on my own and sent the items back and didn't get refunded for almost 2 months AND THEN they didn't even return my full amount. Their response was literally one line saying "I can confirm you've been refunded for all the items in this order, we don't refund your delivery charge so that's the difference <3" but I had free shipping... Their customer service over email is unprofessional and condescending. When they respond to you they sound like they're mocking you and barely answer your questions nor apologize or offer solutions. Instead, they say things like oh babe sorry, <3, hope this helps! Xo. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. Definitely never shopping on this website ever again.
I have 3 valid forms of payment, tried to purchase $240 pieces for my 30th bday. It rejected all 3 forms. I checked everything and I had more than enough (was thinking fraud). I think purchased something from Party City online and it went right through. The strangest part!? It will not allow me to remove my card from my account! Do not buy!

Ordered a size 10 black bodysuit and a size 12 "stretchy" jeans only for me to try it on barely fitting. It felt like I had ordered a size down and I am pretty sure I have not gained a lot of weight for me to go one size up. I will be issuing a refund and will not be ordering again, too bad I paid for delivery too which was £4 when it should have been £3. Only good thing I must say is that I liked the quality of the bodysuit and the colour of the jeans BUT the website claimed the jeans to be stretchy when in fact i felt stiff and was barely able to walk in it.

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
