Do not order from this company. Overcharge Canadian customers for shipping. I recieved my order in the wrong size. No free shipping label to return item. They leave you hanging online waiting for customer service and with multiple attempts still no answer. No phone number to contact. Terrible customer relations.
Placed an order with mast gal in mid July and I have yet to receive over half if the order. I bought these clothes for my child for school and now school is starting and she has yet to receive the clothes or a refund. My family was hit hard Financially by this Covid pandemic.We do not have the money to buy other clothes for her, this has been very upsetting to my middle school daughter. I have searched for a customer service phone number and there does not seem to be one. I tried to chat with the company and I was asked to pay for the Correspondence. I have emailed them and the only response I received was that I must have given the wrong address, the other half of the same order was delivered to my front door. This is just unbelievable that companies that are as well know as this are able to get away with stealing from their customers. Half of the order we received was so see through she isn't able to wear it So now my daughter as one pair of shorts, one shirt, and one dress for the school year that are wearable. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NASTY GAL!
I ordered 6 items. I received 5 and when I contacted them they told me I received an extra pair of pants and I needed to return them before. I did NOT receive any extra clothing. They refuse tosend me my missing shirt until I return these mystery pants. Total scam!
I ordered foolishly without checking reviews, I should have seen the red flags like the way the BIG 60% OFF SALE seemed to last for weeks only really hovering from 50% off to 60% off(but it was EOFYS so I wasn't thinking straight), or that there were no item reviews on the website. I was so shocked and disappointed to receive my order, everything was poor quality(Barely even worth its sale price),"leather" sandals made of cheap plasticky material, They sent the wrong sunglasses(which due to looking into their return policy and realising that they make you pay for returns even if they've made a mistake - and the return shipping being more than the sunnies were worth- instead I just messaged them directly and told them that I didn't receive the sunglasses that I ordered(technically true) they just replied that they couldn't send them(?) so they refunded me, so now I just have ugly sunglasses that I'm not going to wear, but hey at least I didn't pay for them(So worth trying for people who are having issues with exchanges etc). Also the twin set pants and boob tube I purchased was pretty poor material, like that of a $2 store Halloween costume, and the boob tube in a size 8 - when not stretched out- was the circumference of my leg, further demonstrating how crappy the quality is. Overall just very low quality, not just disappointing but would go as far as to say that the store has reached scam level dodginess.

If you're spending more than 10$ on an item including shipping it's not worth it. I got a black ruffle bottom dress, it looked so cute on the model but when I wore it, it definitely looks a lot different and trust me, I have the same body type and shape. It's just really not worth it because the pictures deceive and the quality sucks. It doesn't fit right, and the cuts pretty off. Wouldn't recommend. Listen to reviews.
Nasty Gal was my discount party girl clothing spot since 2014. I purchased Jeffery Campbell shoes 70% off and other quasi designer pieces when Nasty had sales. I had not received sale emails from Nasty for over 1 year and a half, suddenly in 2019 new emails. I went to the site and could not believe the extremely low prices. I looked at the shoes and the quality of the clothing and something did not track- it was not the same types of products or quality. Well the original iNasty Gal has gone out of business and this is a British company that has taken over- hence the product change. Went to Utube and saw flossie's haul and notice everything looked tailored for a 0 to 2. Not possible, so influencers get better stuff to show. I am sure little people will find something to work -while 4+ really need to rethink the site and why the clothes are always on permanent sale. The old site had a mix of high low prices with high going sale, now it is all low and throw away clothing in UK sizes. It is a no for me! Yes, they have plus sizes, but those looked bad too- see through in many cases.
I ordered three dresses. They came in a timely manner but they are all poorly cut and polyester. They all look terrible. I should have read reviews.
This was my first time ordering from Nasty Gal. After ordering, I looked up reviews and got very worried. Despite the negative reviews, the item I ordered looked just like the picture and is good quality! It only took about a week to receive it and there was no damage to the package!
Don't do what I did and read these reviews and still order. I'm not sure why I didn't want to believe the bad reviews but we are not lying!
I bought a few loungewear sets and 3 pairs of joggers. Overall the clothes fit me (I ordered big sizes 8/10/ L. The only sizes left) even though I'm usually a small for other clothing stores but I figured if something fit too big I could always wash it and try to shrink it. But they all fit, some items even fit snug. One of my lounge pants arrived ripped (the string hanging out) and the rest, the material was just horrible. Like rough cheap nasty material that you would go to downtown LA for. It's honestly not worth it. It feels cheap, looks cheap and when you put it on it feels like they are scratching you. I liked most of the lounge pants but then the top would fit awkward. Idk their sizing is off.
I bought 7 items from Nasty Gal and not one of them fit properly, they were all too big in some spots (usually the sleeves which can't be adjusted) and too small in other spots. I am a have very normal proportions (33-26-36,5ft'4in), so this shouldn't have been a problem. The quality was terrible, very thin and the clothing had pilling. It cost $13 to ship to Canada and I must now spend $15 to ship them back. Such a waste of time and money. I would never buy from this store ever again.
They are very deceptive in their advertising and sales. Waste of time. Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a good deal.

Worst company ever! I bought something by mistake and they didn't cancel my order. The package arrived in terrible condition and the products have such poor quality. When I returned the items they charged me twice for shipping because something went wrong with their website and they didn't refund me either. ( They said it was an error from the third party company they hire and couldn't do anything about it. Well, you could call this company and take care of this problem). Never buying from this website EVER AGAIN!
I ordered from here nearly 2 months ago, kept getting told that my order was lost and then it wasn't. They gave the option for the order to be resent, which they then retracted and refunded me instead. I'm quite annoyed with the pointless process and due to this being my first experience with Nasty Gal, will never return to this site.
I ordered two T-shirt dresses, The Rolling Stones and the Janis Joplin one, in the pics they look to be well fitted, yet baggy, dresses. They're literally like XXXL T-shirts that are supposed to be cotton but feel synthetic. Sleeves come down past my elbows, the dresses are supposed to be size smalls, and they're wide enough to fit 2-3 of me inside the actual body of the shirt. I get the "oversized T-shirt dress" look, but this is garbage quality. Walmart has better quality clothing... and with the discounts I still paid $26.50 for each T-shirt plus shipping. To think without discounts they were charging over $50 for each "dress". Huge rip off. Oh, also my bag the T-shirt's were shipped in was torn open and dirty. Looks like it got run over and someone ripped it open to see what was inside.
I shop online alot! From all over the world and nastygal has to be one of the worst quality clothes. For it's price, it is definitely not worth it! I bought 2 pieces of clothing and 3 pairs of shoes 2 years ago and was so annoyed when the quality was so bad. It almost meets the same quality as my local street market clothes. I tried to give it another chance this time, and same $#*!. Same cheap quality.
On my YouTube channel about 2 months ago i posted A nasty gal haul. I liked the items but a lot of them were to big. I ordered Them in the wrong size so the Next day i immediately shipped them off using the shipping label they gave me. And i still Haven't received my refund which is around $200! They also don't have a phone number so i had To email them and they can't do anything without a shipping receipt which wasn't given to me at my post office. So i have No refund or clothes
Don't buy from here they take money from your account. I decided to buy a skirt (first time) and they took $4more out of my account and I paid 9 for shipping plus the price of the skirt please save your money and go buy somewhere else. Oh and they also require a signature upon delivery.
I bought one dress. It took 5 weeks to receive it although there was the Covid crisis and during Easter celebrations so I didn't mind.
I ordered the only size left, 40EU, although I normally wear 44-46 EU, but I read that items from Nasty Gal are usually much larger than normal. I was lucky because this dress fits me perfectly.
I recommend chosing a smaller size than what you normally wear.
I have been waiting for an order over a month now. I have contacted customer service through multiple communication platforms. None have been helpful or given information. They are claiming that it is because of COVID that the delivery is messed up. I ordered this a week before everything was shut down. I keep asking for updates on my order and all they say is to "be patient" and keep checking FedEx. I have been doing that for 4 weeks now and there is still no update. I asked for an estimated time of arrival (2 weeks or 2 months) and they had no information. I asked for a refund on my order and they couldn't do that because it was shipped out. This is TERRIBLE customer service and I never want to order from here again. They have taken my money and have no plan of getting me the products I ordered. I still do not have the package and there is no plan in place for me to get it delivered. Right now I am frustrated because all they keep saying is "we apologize" but fail to DO anything about the issue.

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
