I ordered a Jacket and 2 t-shirts from Nasty Gal and when my order arrived it was completely incorrect (they sent me an assortment of Lingerie)
When they re-ordered, they cancelled half my order without telling me and refused to pay the shipping cost to reorder. Overall the Customer service was horrible and they sent me around in circles putting me in touch with different reps each time.
I've been happy with nasty gal until now. As a returning customer you'd think they would be more helpful. I ordered a product and does not look like the image on the website. To return it I have to pay for shipping costs. This is their error not mine. The product was not white what so ever.
Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
I placed my order with Nastygal last month. I received the email confirmation that they received my order. A day or two after that, I received an email that my order had shipped. This was about a month ago, and I still have NOT received my order. I have emailed customer service multiple times letting them know I was concerned that when I check their tracking, there has been no movement of my order since the day after my package went out in the mail. I then check the FedEx tracking number that is included on their tracking information, and that has only said "pending shipping date" since the day I received tracking information, and has not updated. There has been zero movement of my order according to their tracking and FedEx. Their customer service keeps giving me the run around assuring me that my package is still coming. At the beginning of speaking with customer service, they actually told me my order would be delivered November 10th, and to contact them if it doesn't come. Surprise, it didn't come. So I emailed them again, and then they told me to contact them November 26th if I still have not received my package because they are sure my package is still coming. I don't understand how it is still coming if I haven't received any updates on my tracking since day two of my package going out (mid October). The last time I spoke to customer service, I had asked for a refund since it looks as if my package is lost. They wouldn't give me a refund and asked for me to wait longer for my package. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I knew it would take over a month to receive my order, I would have never placed the order. Now I am trying to just get my money back, and their customer service isn't helpful in that area either. I guess I'll have to deal with getting my money back through my credit card company now. Ugh.
When you order the website says 8-10 days for shipping. It took 3 weeks before I was even able to get an estimated delivery date. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and only told me to wait two more weeks and if I didn't hear anything about my package to contact them again. When I finally got my package the quality of the shoes was very cheap and they didn't even send the right size. For the price I paid for my shoes I'm extremely upset. I am returning them immediately. This was just an overall terrible experience. Don't buy from them.

They won't refund until your order arrives and in this case, won't arrive in more than 10 days, and I will not be able to receive it anyway!

Package didn't arrive. I ordered clothes worth more than 100 dollars. Customer service is like nowhere to be found. Do not expect any help from them! In short, do not buy from them because they don't care about you. They just care about your money
False advertising, terribly condescending customer service. What once was an awesome company is now a fraudulent fast fashion farm. Cheap clothing and cheap mindset. For real? $4 to return something after spending $10 on shipping already? What losers. Reported to BBB and PayPal. Have fun going bankrupt again, the truth is ripping at the seams much like the crap they market as clothing.
Good luck getting anything answered, or your credit used, given no live support. Takes 2 months to be told no after getting the run around for 8 weeks. Screenshot this. Provide more info. All irrelevant, it turns out. 8 weeks! There are other, better places to buy cheap chintz.
There was something off with all the items that I purchased, none of them looked like the picture on the website. It's not even that cheap for really bare quality. At least everything arrived fast but I'm sending it all back anyway.
I ordered a single dress to try out the brand for the first time on October 2nd, and it has not even left the warehouse/been shipped, now October 12th! The shipping label was made on October 8th. Totally unprofessional. Regardless of quality or fit, I will not be ordering from them again in the future.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $10 for standard 5 day shipping; it's been over 2 weeks and my package seems to be bouncing around the country and who knows when I will get it. Their tracking portal is rarely updated as well, so you will spend a lot of time wondering where on earth your order is. They have no customer service email or phone number- you have to contact them on WhatsApp which is strange, shady, and unprofessional. On top of that, their discounts are completely fake. You'll notice that they markup their prices like crazy and then offer a "discount" of at least 50% everyday in order to lure people into buying. When you try to use a promo code during checkout, they will not take off as much money as they're supposed to. For example, if you use a 20% discount, they'll only take off about 5%. Stay far away.

True to size, easy returns, good quality fabrics for the price! It's fast fashion after all, I am very pleased with them and do recommend their products!
I bought two dresses from Nasty Gal, one that was described as 'satin' but when it arrived it was made out of spandex, and another that had its straps sewed on backwards and tore off when I first tried it on. Do not order from here - not worth the money whatsoever.
No customer service. Sent wrong item and damaged item and returns are a joke. This WAS a great company until they were bought out. Sadly the new owners are going to FAIL at the rate they're going.

So I have made an order earlier this year in February and totally forgot about that I have made an order from them. Time passes by and recently I made an order from Nasty Gal(apparently it's their sister company but I never knew), so aupost had sent me the tracking number through email but the sender was from boohoo.com. I was really confused so I logged into my boohoo account to check if I had made an order recently then I realised that I never have but the latest one was the one that I placed in February. So I reached out to boohoo and asked them what's going on because I realised I have never received the February order. All the items I did not recall that I have received. They said the tracking I received was for nasty gal order I recently made and I have to find the tracking number for February boohoo order which I couldn't because I had trouble logging into my email that i no-longer use. They said they couldn't help me because I don't have the tracking number. But the point is I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. Only good thing is that I have found out nasty gal was the same company so I will definitely be returning the $500+ Order that I made recently made. Be aware and do not buy from BooHoo AND Nasty Gal because they're the same company so it's equality poor brands.
I order pants and a jumper from this shop in my size based off their size guide and they were way too small, I then returned them and sent them off and months later i still don't have my money back.
Quality is extremely poor and cheap even though their prices aren't. Returns are awful. Had to pay delivery twice and was not refunded for it. I wish I had never bought from them.
Customer service is a nightmare. I ordered two items in a size small and one was sooooo tight I could barely get it on, it gave me a camel toe, and it bunched at the seams by my crotch. Did not look like the photo on the website. It's cheap material. Is size 2 sizes too small. If I was to even sit down I think it would rip.
The second item was a similar look same size. Size small. It was more like a medium or large in the pants. The pants were barely hanging onto my hips. I was pulling them up in the photos so you wouldn't see my vagina. The pant was 2" total circumference too big.
After I jumped through hoops to send the customer service photos. One person said to send them back and told me they would pay for the label. Then another person writes back the follow: "So sorry to hear the items do not fit you perfectly.
I have checked your photos and the sizes you have received and can see they are correct.
The culottes set should be worn short upon the leg length, a culottes is not a full leg.
I can not class your items as faulty."
This is my first and last time ordering from nasty gal and won't order any other company they own. I spent $200 of the birthday money, which was all the money I was given on nastygals website. Absolute worst customer service. I will be returning everything and will only buy from companies who value customer service.

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
