This website is amazing. It was recommended to me by a friend i purchased a few dresses and a top. All really nice quality delivery was very quick and very reasonable price. I returned the top as it didn't suit me and i was refunded within a week. So happy i sent a couple of items back to plt the same day and im still waiting to hear back from them. I love that they do free returns aswell. I've purchased the next day delivery for a year will defiantly be ordering again.
I accidentally purchased 2 exact same dresses (no clue how that happened), and the dress was on sale $14.40. The shipping and handling cost less than $9.00, so I should be charged a little less than $37.80 but instead I was charged a little over $47.00.
I messaged them multiple times to ask why, and they never answered me. I went back on the website the next day to check the price on the dress again and they raised the price from $14.40 to $18.40. I guess they are changing prices and looking for a reasons not to return my money back. It's been more than 10 days and I still don't have an email that my order has shipped. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.
I had made a purchase using PayPal and when I returned it NastyGal gave me a store credit instead of refunding my PayPal. The $648 in credit was in my NastyGal account and when they were acquired by Boohoo my account was deleted and I could no longer access my credit. This was understandably very frustrating and as the new parent company they should have reached out but instead they didn't and I fought endlessly with Boohoo to refund my credit to PayPal which is what NastyGal was supposed to have done but when they said they couldn't do that I accepted store credit. They send me 13 merchandise credits, each for $50 each, the credits have no expiration date written on them. A few months after they were issued I used one of them to purchase a couple items but when I received the clothing I was disappointed by the quality and decided to wait to use the rest of the credits when purchasing pajamas or throwaway shoes or accessories that I would give as gifts to younger nieces and cousins. I just went to use the credit- 18 months after it was issued and when I enter the code they say expired. I wrote to NastyGal/Boohoo through their customer service portal and explained the issue in detail but they said something akin to "sorry they expired, nothing we can do about it." I wrote back and explained that they do not have any expiration dates on them or I certainly would have used them by now and they wrote again "sorry but we're sure you were notified of the expiration date" I wrote again asking them to escalate the issue to a supervisor and offering Screenshots or forwarded copies of ALL of my correspondence including the merchandise credits so that they can see that in fact there are NO expiration dates. They wrote back again to say there's nothing they will do for me and recommended I take it up with my credit card company. YES to a class action lawsuit, this company and their customer service are thieves. They have literally stolen over $600 of my hard-earned money and countless hours in communication with their customer service team which amount to nothing. I will be reaching out to PayPal asking for assistance ASAP.

Horrible! Ordered boots from them. They came and when I put my foot in them, there were two nails sticking straight up. Luckily I did not apply pressure or I would have punctured my foot pretty bad. They refunded my money after I threatened to contact my credit card company and I was told I was lucky because they usually did not refund shipping charges for faulty items! OMG really?! I also was told since I got a refund they would not ship me out new boots or any compensation for a dangerous, negligent mistake. BUYER BEWARE!
Literally everything I ordered was too small. The blazers were too big. I guess a size 6 is a 2 on thier site. I will be returning everything!
Ordered a black cropped denim jacket. It was on super sale so i was very excited. Took a a while to get here and i finally get it, open it up and its a gray camo snow jacket? I send a complaint, they take their sweet time to respond. They tell me once i return the camo jacket they will send me the jacket i actually ordered (which in my opinion is pretty rude to begin with, that usually not how it works when THEY mess up). Finally i send it back and they ask me for proof that i sent it, and then theyre like "youve been refunded. We cant order you a new one. Order a new one if you want." this entire process took 3 weeks. So thanks for nothing nastygal! Wish i knew before i ordered that the company was bought by boohoo which is trash. Will never be ordering from them again.
Not only did it take 15 days to receive my package, but once it finally arrived, I found the bathing suit bottom I ordered had PERIOD BLOOD on it. Period blood! Thank goodness I noticed this before trying it on, but wow, I have never been so disgusted and nauseated in my life. Their product care is clearly non-existent, and their customer service is even WORSE. I messaged them on Whats App (because apparently that's the only way to get ahold of them), and they told me they would issue me a refund for the product, that's it. Of COURSE you are going to issue me a refund. Thanks for nothin! I am so upset and grossed out, I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company. Also, all of the products are cheap and fit horribly. Not as pictured.

Customer service is useless! While they are easy to get in touch with, they have no information to provide! I haven't been able to track my shipment for over 10 days (was supposed to receive it within 7 business days). When I contacted them I was told to wait until those 7 days passed and that they would then be able to track it for me. After they passed they then told me I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for them to be able to track it/cancel it if they can't find it! No explanation about why those 2 weeks are necessary and no explanation about why it is taking this long to arrive, nothing about items being out of stock. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed it had been a while since I ordered from them and now I know better!
Do not order from this company. They do not ship within the time indicated on the site, the customer service is terrible (I was treated with the upmost disrespect by the manager) and when I actually do see the item I spent money on, I'm hoping all the reviews of the quality being terrible is untrue. I wish I had read all of these reviews before purchasing. Save yourself from ordering here. Had much success with many other sites. This one - never again.
Worst Experience ever.
I bought from "wedding guest dresses" section and bought 2 dresses different colours in 2 sizes so I get the best fit. The dress was not a dress. The material was so thin and poor quality you could see through the material. There were holes in the dress. It was a wrap not a dress. The sewing pattern in it was so horrible, it looked like a bad cheap halloween outfit. I bough this last minute as well so this was supposed to be what I would attend the wedding in. Luckly a family member borrowed me a dress.
The accessories. The earring I bough heart shaped pearl earring one of the pearl was fallen of the earring and apparently I can not return earrings.
This company is cheap cheap terrible quality stuff.
Returning everything now. Never buying from here again its like buy a 2 pound item from Ebay. You will not get what you see in picture. Pictures are misleading big time!
I ordered almost $300 worth of items from Nasty gal July early in July. It was shipped out July 16th with the promise of delivery within 7 business days. The 7th day came and went and the tracking was stuck in a particular phase. Now I dont blame nasty girl for this issue but how they proceeded was not in good customer service or business practice at all. They told me they couldn't do anything yet they need to look into it first, and once I told them the package was declared lost with the post Office they said i still have to wait until August 12th to see if it turns up before they can do anything like refund or send new items out. These items were for holiday (vacation) and i was leaving the country and even if it turned up I wouldn't be there to accept the package. But nothing they refuse to do anything. This is outrageous that the consumer must suffer when there is a delivery guarantee and this burden shouldn't be placed on the customer. Bad business practices and now will lose my business for good.

How can a website not even have a phone number? I bought some of their clothes and paid for next day delivery. Of course it didn't come the next day and I'm still waiting. I enquired about this and all they could do is direct me the the delivery service. They said that they couldn't refund me for the extra fees I paid because they already attempted to deliver it which makes no $#*!ing sense. All in all just don't waste your money, time and effort on this site because even if your items come eventually there will either be some bits missing or wrong clothing (clothes which you didn't order)
I ordered lots of clothes and I'm unable to keep a single thing. All of them fit strangely, are terrible quality with stitches falling out at various places, or do not look anything like the pictures on the website. One top in particular had the sleeve sewed on to the wrong place! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Hope to god the return service isn't awful.
I ordered a jumpsuit size M/L however I when it arrived I tried it on and it felt super tight looked at the tag and it was a S/M, I used what's app to contact the customer service team, they were very unhelpful and I had to go to the bother of orphaning the jumpsuit to be returned and wait for the correct size to be sent. I received the order today and I know by trying it on it's the EXACT same size with the tag changed I can even tell by the way it's folded it's the same one. I tried to contact them again on what's app so far no reply... disgraceful
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on Sunday and paid £5.99 for next day delivery for a lot of items. One in particular I needed for Monday! - the item I needed was not there but another outfit in its place that I DID NOT ORDER!? I spoke to an advisor on the WhatsApp contact, and stated I will be returning the items but want the dress I originally ordered + the next day delivery fee refunded, probably more as a good Will gesture for NASTY GALS mess up! But they stated as the order arrived as planned they wouldn't? How ridiculous?! Now I'm out of pocket for the delivery cost and never got the item I needed for yesterday? I'm having to send the incorrect item back before I receive the correct one!
