Utterly terrible. Don't even consider a purchase from namecheap. They stole money from me, didn't give me the service i paid for and wouldn't refund me! After 10 emails back and forward they just kept copying and pasting the same 3 line script they had in front of them. It is entirely within their policy that they can suspend your site for any reason they see fit and not ever refund you. Absolute scam. And beyond terrible customer service.
I did have to get some help setting up the cPanel but I'm glad that I did. I'm still working out everything in order to begin my business. Thank you

Namecheap 'stay away' - I've been using these guys for several years and to be honest their service continues to decline. They're always looking for ways to make extra money and will not go the extra mile like they used to to provide good customer service and support, we spent a few thousand US a month with them and this will be terminated as soon as we find a reliable solution, I do not recommend using them they are unethical and frankly just unprofessional.

I have a few small websites hosted with NameCheap that are all very new. I received an email today informing me that my hosting account was suspended. I received no prior warnings and was given no chance to resolve the issue. Now my websites are down and I have no way to access them. I am still unsure what even caused my hosting to be suspended. I've been waiting to hear back from NameCheap's customer support for two hours. I have used several hosting providers and have never had an experience like this. I am extremely disappointed with NameCheap and do not recommend their hosting to anyone.
