The only problem I have with Namecheap is that you don't offer as many TLDs as some other registrars but otherwise I have no complaints about service or quality.

Excellent service quick no fuss just what you want without having to wade through options like another site i used to use. I also would like to add when you order a domain name it is setup very very quickly probably the fastest I have ever seen 2 hours before it was accessible which is pretty good going. If Carlsberg did domain names it would be rebranded namecheap!

If you sell reasonable price and fair business I will buy from you again and again, but Netfirm, I have a lot of domain, one day I bought hosting 1 year but next year I did'n renew hosting but Netfirm delete all of my domain. It is very BAD business. I never open Netfirm after that and I tell all my friend, my student Netfirm is BAD company.
