Also would like the ability to search for short.com domain - now you cannot do it as all TLD are mixed.

I had to use three different Live Chat agents to get my order re-sent to me. The first two said Hello, asked how they could help and 15-30 (15 min with the first' a half hour with the second) minutes later still had never responded to my problem.
The third agent (yes, I simply closed the previous chat and started a new one) was very helpful.

This is the best and the cheapest place on the web to get your domains registered. Fast prompt and efficient.
I tried entering some promo codes but I get an error. Probably they were expired, but people should be notified with the proper message, not saying that "something went wrong". Just a thought :)
