So far, very easy and straightforward
I incorrectly filled out a field but wasn't aware of it. An alert pointing to which field is incorrectly filled would've made the experience perfection.
After I purchased the domain and was in the process of transferring it to a host, I noticed the host I chose offers one free domain with purchase of hosting. As a new website owner with no experience, I'm just glad it was an inexpensive lesson.

Seriously satisfied customer since signed in
Bought RapidSSL cert after good pre-sales interaction. Am using a JBoss web server, which is not listed as an installation option--although it\'s actually a "generic Java server". After generating CSR, misread the keytool instructions, and installed cert verification under a new alias rather than the original alias used to create the self-signed certificate. Even though I know about public key encryption, the manuals are still difficult to follow. I killed over two days getting my cert installed.

I am quite satisfied with service and product to this point. But find your UX quite lacking. It is not easy to find the cPanel link/open information as with other key areas. The simplicity you have in the preliminary process is later lost.
The:"engine" for URL recommendations should be revised, as the primary reco should be when dealing with the terminal variations of the domain that is searched, then followed by obvious options.
The "set up" wizard that you created to get things started, it would be very good if you had something similar for setting up wordpress sites, etc.
Your site is geared to highly knowledgeable users, if you simplify part of the approach you could get more traction from less experienced users, increasing your client base. An option is to allow some basic customization of the admin panel based on user knowledge/experience.
