I have been working with naca for two years to obtain a home mortage. Most of that time was spent helping me repair past mistakes to my credit. While the process may take some time the knowledge i have gained through the process has been one of the greatest benefits. The once you consider that the mortage comes with no pmi, down payment, and i can buy down interest rate it makes the process well worth the wait

I just started the NACA process which is why i did not give it 5 stars. It is important to have all of the documents prior to the process. I am hopeful that this leads to finding a home. I definitely recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

I was in search of a program to help with my closing and down payment costs of buying a home and someone told me about NACA. I was skeptical because it seemed to good to be true. I attended a seminar and started the program and it is real! The process is long so don't expect a quick 1 one day and done but it is thorough and purposeful. I am very grateful with the help I am receiving. It is well worth the time to find a forever home of my dreams.

This program is great because it helps make homes more affordable for people like me who may not make as much money. I will say that you have to be very committed because the process has been long and my counselor is very meticulous. So my advice is to be prepared, turn in all documentation before each session and ask questions about anything you're uncertain about because getting another appointment can take months.

I've met new people and had a great time and hope others will have a good time as I did. They all have great personalities.
