This is a great service to use for any expat living outside the States. MyUs has been very efficient with everything. Their website is easy to use, and as far as I can tell no hidden fees or charges. I received constant emails updating my account in regards to info needed, holding charges etc. The customer service I received from Luke gave me the information that I needed in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this service to friends!

Contacted MyUS for help in correcting an erroneous package value. The very polite and helpful Talal of the Customer Service Team replied quickly to thank me for pointing out the error and to say she had sorted out the problem immediately. Talal's Customer Service met the standard I have come to expect from MyUS Support Staff - routinely Excellent! Thanks! :)

I have a problem due to a first month i join myus account. I don't know it will charge monthly. Month by month, myus sent me an email to notify me about payment. I think, i don't use this account, so i make a decision to terminate this account. When i find a button to terminate, i don't find, so i choose to live chat with your staff. Abu baker introduce and assist me to help me to terminate my account. Fast action and i don't need to wait for a long time to solve my problem. Thank you abu baker, salute! Had to post an update on 2015 review, MYUS have gone dill dramatically, responses are slow and they do not wish to take ownership of any mistake nor willing to take the correct actions yo maintain a long standing customer, so had to call it a day.

Each and every time I have contacted MYUS customer services the response times have been very prompt and professional. The agents have always demonstrated that my requests or feedback has been treated on a personal level. This is one of the reasons why I have been a member for the past 6+ years
