My goodness - such help and service for someone not used to your service. Each and every one of your people have been so kind and understanding, especially Angel (very aptly named!) Thanks for your help. I will be much more efficient the next time - looking forward to receiving my goods in the next week or so.
I order my vitamins annually from the USA. After the supplier could not anymore forward my consignment to Mozambique directly, Vitacost made me aware of MyUS. I tried it out last year and all went well, even though my order happened during the Christmas season, where it all is hectic. This year I decided to order a bit early, to avoid the rush. I must say that I was received with open arms and a lovely service from Angel. I wish you could teach business people in Mozambique to be kind to their clients. They have a long way to go here. Thank you for your kindness, efficiency, and flexibility.
I was so pleased to receive valuable assistance from Angel for the second time during the very same shipment.
When my vitamins arrived at MyUS from Vitacost, I suddenly received several emails. They contained a number of questions, including telling me that I would need to verify my Fish Oil and my A Vitamins since they may relate to endangered species. I got so confused about these questions, because I merely ordered my annual vitamins. Last year, there was no problem like this.
I replied as good as I could to the emails and then I called upon my Angel to come and help me. She did immediately. Within one day she had sorted it out, and all that was left, was for me to add some values. After having corrected an amount, the matter was settled, and my vitamins were released.
Angel is truly a kind and efficient support person. She has a heart-felt and intelligent manner of giving relevant assistance to people. You are lucky to have her. I really enjoyed her quick follow-up on the matter. I know a great deal about vitamins, but nothing about shipping, so that she sorted out for me.
Thank you for your kind assistance, dear Angel. I will return to My US with my next vitamin order because of you.
My last shipment, I received the wrong tracking number, sent an email to support to let them know, they wrote back and informed that the initial number was incorrect and then they provided me with another tracking number which turned out to be incorrect too. I have noticed that the shipment's invoice was also incorrect, they under charged me, they amended the invoice with the correct amount (about $10 more) but still not received the correct tracking number. Now still wondering where my package is.
I had an issue with my membership, ANGEL from customer service did her best to get things done and she was very cooperative and helpful.
One of the things which make MyUS successful is the good members of their CS.

It is becoming more complicated doing business with you as your requirements have become obsessive. I have been with you for years now and have never cheated on any of my prices paid and supplied all invoices when necessary. I feel like I am being interrogated each time I must supply an invoice. When something was free or a gift, I should not have to declare a value as it is unknown to me. What has happened to your policy making this process so confusing and difficult?
Pretty disappointed with the service this time. I t has taken nine days so far and I still don't have my shipment. This is despite the fact that Amazon would have taken the same time to ship the goods to me. For a third of the cost!
I tried to have this conversation with My US but live chat is down and there isn't an email address on the site I could write to. So here was my only option.

Have had a shipment go missing and no response from their customer support team. Very disapointed with the lack of customer that i have recieved. My package has been missing for more than 4 weeks now.
Sometimes we are rewarded for trying something new, sometimes, we are not. This service is the WORST. TLDR: Had to pay storage charges, slow service + my stuff was held up by customs.
Part 1:
So i received some packages, and had questions about it.
Then they claimed they couldn't find my package, and took like a week to find the package.
During which, I had to go on a business trip without access to internet, and did not realize I would incur storage charges.
This opportunistic company then took it upon themselves to charge me a storage fee that came close to a whopping $50 (or more, im not sure), and refused to waive it, even though this problem was partly caused by them. (50% waiver is nothing, guys)
Very disappointed! When the same thing happens for me at other companies, they waive it. And it's not like their shipping is very cheap.
Part 2:
In a separate shipment, i did a routine shipment of supplements for my pet. My item was shipped by FedEx, and was stopped at Customs. I ended up having to describe the ingredients. Again, never happened before when I used their competitors.
Finally, don't like that I can't delete my card.

In most cases, we can also help clear your package through your local Customs office. Some Customs offices will require more information for certain items, but we are always glad to help expedite this process.

Gostaria saber porque e que as velas nunca vieram de acordo as quantidades compradas. Well, I ordered a few items in the USA - sent it all to MYUS
I have in fact spent a lot of money at MYUS - getting orders to my country
In one order I got 3 x $10 gift certificates
MYUS charges me $1 for each gift certificate
So my $30 just became $27
And that for a piece of paper in the box
That SUCKS
I am so sorry to hear that you had this experience! Unfortunately, even a piece of paper adds weight and consumes space inside your package, so the shipping cost can increase. To offset these charges, we charge dimensional weight for Standard and Premium customers, and a small fee for Premium+Mail customers.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
