I can't log in but I didn't my password.
Amor resolvs instantly.
So I can log in and dispatched my items.
I had a package arrive and was prompted to enter package value but for some reason it stated a quantity of 2 But I had a single invoice and when I entered it doubled the value per 2 packages. Using the help prompt I recieved help from Kamal first, but the chat was somehow disconnected. Then I managed to get Amor on the chat and uploaded the invoice. Amor sorted the package value immediately for me and I'm now waiting for the shipment. Great customer service.
Lovely was awesome and helpful. She answered all my questions and encouraged me to get started. I am now looking forward to my move.

I had a single order delivered to MyUS but the supplier placed it in two packages. Pedde Jeff D. Was very professional in response to my query regarding the value of items requested and he quickly updated the value based on the confirmation invoice I had available. It was however disappointing that only one of the two packages was listed in my suite although both had been delivered to MyUS simultaneously by the same carrier.
Great help from Pedde Jeff really excellent help and friendly communication i understood clearly my solution to my problem
I received a package damaged and it was also harmful to handlers. Was given options to have to sent to me in present condition or return to sender or destroyed. I opted for the first but when I spoke with live chat I received didn't options I can make which I didn't like as I wanted to package regardless of the damage. I waiting a day to have my query looked at and Luke was the one who assisted me I explained my request once to him and we looked at the issue with the compliance team. This ended favourably as it was possible to forward the package to me after making sure he package was secure enough to be shipped.
Thank you to Luke and the compliance team... also thank you to the person on the live chat with me (Darwin) who escalated my request when he noted he was unable to give me a satisfactory result.
I appreciate the work of the while team. And it shows what a little patience on both ends can achieve.
The parcel that arrived did not have invoice in it. They updated the items value almost in an instant after I provided them with the commercial invoice. Thanks to Christian A. Dor the excellent service.

Om I bagged MYUS recently now 6 months later after haviong tried two competitors I am back with MYUS and in balance I have to say MYUS as there service stands today well out performs the others for several reasones.
1/They actually take phone calls simple an obvious but some of the competitords dont!
2/There support by chat or email gets things done! The competitors always ask you to raise a ticket and I have never had them do ANYTHING about the problem on the ticket.
3/MYUS is comparable costs cheaper if you send light stuff more expensive if you send heavy stuff.
Overall MYUS is more proffessionbal and helpful than their competitors howvere this whole industry could do with a shakeup.
What could MYUS do better
1/Offer more hours for their support/chat/telephone service
2/Ensure obvious peak demand periods are better catered for i. E after a holiday they have to process a bunch more parcels they dont cater for this very well so if your pracel is one of those that arrived during the holiday it will take a lot longer than normal to get processed ( but no different with anyone else)
3/I sends a lot of heavy car parts that are small the fact MYUS only charges by weight and not by industry accepted item cubing based on size and weight I get slugged with freight costs.
4/ Having more than one shipping location is really helpful and if they had one in California would reduce shipment costs to Australia especially when you can often get goods shipped to there for free. One of the opposition companies had multiple shipping locations but their overall service was to bad to make this a benefit.
7 reasons why MYUS stinks!
1/ You can not call MYUS by ph
2/MYUS claims to have 24/7 customer srvice really you wont get a response from an email for 72 hrs
3/MYUS calims to have freight charges based on weight to save you money, great if you just send pillows or empty box; s. There is a reason why NOBODY else calculates freight this way so if you send anything heavy you will pay a LOT.
4/MYUS may claim to be giving you a discount, but obviously if the starting price is inflated to start with the cost is still excessive
5/If you want to change a delivery address for a package once its on route it must be done by MYUS last time I tried it took 4 days for this too happen, and they rerouted the item back to Sydney then back to Melb. Even though I was paying for a Fedex express 4 day delivery
6/MYUS will take at least 72 hours from the time they receive an item to it appearing in your suite, and they say MYUS is efficent and prides itself on customer service.
7/ And to top it all off if you want to cancel your account and stop the ongoing charges they wont do it until they have tried to talk you out of it, nope not even when you ask them by email or chat.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
