They could not even find a solution for my flight cancellation, they just told me they were going to send me an email and they didn't do anything helpful at all. Very bad service, last time I am ever booking with them, it's such a shame they still working on because just reading at the reviews no one is happy with this agency at all. I will try to make my complaint as many times as needed. Service Sucks and these can go to hell for having such a cheap service industry company. $#*! you.!
I booked a flight, airline cancelled the flight, but mytrip told me same day that flight was confirmed. They never answered my phone calls, i got assistance only with the help of skyscanner. Now they claim i may receive a refund but not in full. Stay away from mytrip
Maybe you will be able to find the cheapest flight, or save at least 500$. In that scenario, most likely you would decide to purchase an additional insurance or cancellation warranty. Yes, I did that, with hopes that all reviews I read before were wrong; however, all of them are true. It is the worst customer service ever, I have been waiting in line for more than 3 hours, and afterwards, I have been pushed back to the line again, because one lady barely spoke English. My advice to you is to avoid purchasing this $#*!ty product and make them bankrupt. Because such as service shouldn't be promoted on skyscanner and other big travel websites. WORST WORST WORST! No idea how this website even exist.
The airline approved the refund, however they have gone silent on me. They don't respond to any support email. You should never use this service. Scam alert.
Just pray you don't need to call them for anything... Because if you do, sit down and get comfortable it's going to take days to get through to someone if you ever do!
They are just a fraud that advertises 24/7 customer service, but 20 of those hours are spent on a stupid automated queue system where they charge you as well if you are not careful which number you are calling! I have spent approximately £100 on the phone bill and I am still waiting to sort out my issue!
Save yourself SOME time and money, and use a proper travel agent! The money you think you are saving by using Mytrip it will all be spent on the horrible customer service experience, and probably even more than what you would have paid to a proper TA that will offer you a seamless smooth experience, which is really what you need when you are trying to have a relaxing holiday!
Fraud guys! Don't think you have a better chance, please don't book with them! They wont refund my flexible ticket, they wont rebook me, and they pretend the line cut everytime I call them!

NEVER use Mytrip! I used Mytrip as when searching for the best deal on Skyscanner they had a cheapish option. However I have ended up losing money and are not able to go on holiday.
I booked an easyjet flight through Mytrip and recently easyjet cancelled the flight. Easyjet said they would refund me the whole amount. However, as I booked through Mytrip, the refund amount goes directly to them and they then take £30 of the refund as a 'processing fee' to then send the rest of the refund to me. So in summary, I lose £30 for something that is completely out of my control.
For my return flights, again I was told by the airline that I could get a voucher for the full amount. However, it goes back to Mytrip who then issue a 'Mytrip voucher' so you have to book with Mytrip again in the future and not direct with the airline. When you rebook in the future, Mytrip again take £30 booking fee. IT IS RIDICULOUS! I cannot believe they are ok with doing this as a company. The airlines have been great but Mytrip has made me never want to use an agent again and are probably damaging the reputation of some agents out there who are probably quite good.
I also had to wait an hour and 45 mins to get through to Mytrip. Once I got through, they kept putting me on hold for 5 mins. At one point on the call, I asked if they could hold for one minute while I discussed the voucher option with my boyfriend and the agent said she could only wait for a maximum of 40 seconds. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. I am shocked that companies like this are even allowed to operate as feel like I've been scammed slightly. Anyway, my fault for not looking at reviews and have learnt my lesson for next time.
I was helping a friend with making changes to their travel plans that they booked through MyTrip.com. Their customer service is non-existent! I tried calling, at different hours of the day. I waited close to an hour and half in the middle of the day. 45 minutes at 3AM. What on earth? After waiting so long, I checked to see if they have a chat option. Of course not. The only way to contact them is via phone - and the wait is F O R E V E R. It almost seems like there is only one person handling all the calls and complaints. And when someone finally did answer - they have a very strong foreign accent, making it difficult to understand, needing them to repeat multiple times. They were not very knowledgeable either, having to wait a long time to get answers and even then, not all was answered, thus resulting in having to go through all this stress again.
DO NOT USE! Not worth it!

My flight was canceled. They did not return my money and they do not answer the phone. You will wait for an hour and they will hang up. They are a scam.
Never, ever book using myTrip.com, they STOLE my money without hesitation. I have been trying to request a refund for more than two months and it's a nightmare, they either will tell you that they can't do anything (which is FALSE) or just ignore your emails.
Be careful, these scammers have tons of bad reviews across the internet and now I am suffering the consequences because of not reading them before booking. Don't make the same mistake.
I bought a ticket through this service and the airline cancelled the flight. Their customer service is unavailable and they don't have any contact form. I don't have any option to get my money back. This is a skam!
Mytrip.com is the agency where My daughter booked me 21/2 months ago. One month left and they cancelled my flight. I want to go home because my mother is very sick and I might not see her anymore next year despite of the pandemic. We called them via long distance and it is very expensive. They will let us wait for 1hour or maybe more before they answer you and the worst if your call is dropped off they will not call you back. They let me pay $30 for rebooking of my flight. There was no rebooked flight. Some body should do something about this agency. They should be reported! The operators are not helpful at all!

Almost impossible to contact, ignores emails, found a number that did work (but no longer does) hold time over an hour, transferred (without asking) to another rep. Over an hour wait time to someone who was of absolutely no help then the call got dropped.
Sent a letter to the Customer Service Manager who eventually emailed me stating they had phoned me, (no calls received) and also totally ignored by emails sent.
I could go on, but the sooner I shake this company from my heels the better!

Never ever ever! Do not use mytrip. They are a fraud. I booked a flight which they claimed as refundable if canceled. Because the country I was traveling to was place in red list by UK government then when i canceled it, they gave no refund and their customer support is also nowhere always I end up an hour on the telephone line. You cannot contact them by any means. So, DO NOT USE MYTRIP.COM. Am considering taking legal actions against my trip
Endless customer service, created to be a loop you can never get an answer from. Lost 1000 Euros because of a cancelled flight (without any alternative proposed) I could never get a refund from. Please run as far as you can.
Honestly this has been a great surprise and definately a future go for, such a great team. My flight malaga nice wasn't only cheap but they helped me all along the way with the problems that someone can experince such as flight cancelation and such on, at this times of covid, very realible people
I purchased 2 tickets to fly from Brisbane to Tasmania. I paid an additional $101.50 for insurance labeled: Flexi ticket and Covid 19 Insurance". 5 days before we were due to fly I was advised that due to being classified a high covid risk area we could not fly to Tasmania I then contacted MYtrip only to be told the insurance was useless, I could not get a credit let alone a refund and the only thing they would do would be to let me rebook but I needed exact dates... I said how can I give exact dates as we do not know when the covid restrictions would be lifted. They still refused to offered a credit or refund and said contact the airline direct. The airline said they had no insurance on their side from Mytrip so could do nothing... I went back to Mytrip and said I wanted to speak to a supervisor... after 15 minutes wait they told me no supervisor was available. I said I wanted one to phone me back in that case only to be told no just go online and register a complaint. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and i'm still waiting. I bought two round-trip tickets from Dublin to Palermo on July 30th and I didn't get the tickets and no notifications… and the tickets were debited from my Brazil account. I contacted Banco Itau do Brasil to try to cancel this purchase but so far nothing has been resolved, I sent an email to mytrip but I only received an automatic message I don't recommend this site to anyone... I paid dearly on the tickets. I want my money back
TOTAL SCAM - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Interstate trip had to be cancelled due to lockdown. We paid extra "Cancellation Protection". After 90 minutes on hold an operator said no refunds are available but offered flight credits with the airline. The next day they sent an email saying the request for cancellation could not be honoured! They tried to place blame on the airline. Today I called again and spent 4 HOURS on hold. Talked to someone after 90 minutes who put me on hold for ANOTHER 2.5 HOURS> Then I suddenly got cut off. Trying again now. Have never used this "company" before and will definitely NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Have contacted the ACCC and awaiting advice.
1-They will try the most possible to make you pay more fees (if you send them an email to dont cancel your trip they will cancel it first and then they will ask you to rebbok and pay fees)
2-They have a lot of phone numbers, but they no answer on anyone even after 35 mins of waiting
3- They dont have any direct contact, they only read the email when they know that you will pay for somthing
4-No page on instagram, no page on FB nothing, they just take your money and bye bye.
5-If you cancel your trip they don't resend your money so you should lose them or rebook the ticket and pay fees
It's the first and the last time i book from this site, try anything else, it's really the worst experience in my life i hope you spend this money on your health.
