If there was an option to given no stars, would have given that instead. They are a big scam and doesn't provide any help. When I paid for everything, they didn't even forwarded the info about my 7 year old daughter and once I call them they said they can't do anything and I had to purchase another ticket for her. This travel agency is full of crap.
I wanted to cancel my ticket within the legal 24 hours, and they purposely delayed the request when the airline was happy to comply. They also claimed baggage booking was 50% cheaper another lie, same price at check in. I will never touch this service again. Total scam vibes.
On 18/03/2023, I paid MyTrip £2,168.99 for return flights to Dhaka for 3 passengers who are my parents and my sister. The original dates of the flights were 26/06/2023 to 07/08/2023.
On 15/07/2023, I called MyTrip to change the return date from 07/08/2023 to 21/08/2023 for all 3 passengers. I paid them an extra £292 (from a separate card) to make this change and I have an email confirming that these changes were made.
On 20/07/2023, I logged into my booking on Saudi Airlines (the flight operator) to see the confirmed status of the change. I noticed that the change was only made for 2 passengers. The third passenger was totally omitted from the booking.
From this date, I called MyTrip over 20 times between 20/07/2023 to 21/08/2023 with over 12 hours of call time trying to get them to resolve the issue and add her to the booking as I had paid for. Despite the lengthy call time and the entire month of waiting, I did not receive an update from MyTrip regarding this and so my little sister was left without a flight back from Dhaka whilst my parents were still booked on.
On 20/08/2033, I spoke to MyTrip again and they emailed me saying that they will not be able to issue a new flight for her and that I should book it myself and they will check for a refund (proof of email is available). Therefore I booked a return flight for her which cost me £2,413.70 plus incidental costs of £204.60. In total, I spent £2,618.30 in trying to get my sister back to the UK.
Furthermore, MyTrip did not fulfil the seat reservations of the booking, which I paid for included within the original payment of £2,168.99.
I responded to MyTrip on 26/08/2023 with my receipt for the ticket purchased for her plus all the incidental costs. They then sent me an email through another company called Etraveli Group and I submitted a refund form through them on 13/09/2023.
It is now 12/09/2023 and I have waited long enough for my refund. I am also fed up with the poor service from MyTrip and their inability to resolve the issue since 20/07/2023 and I have still not received any sort of compensation.
Mytrip is a scam if things don't go exactly the way they want.

You are extremely burdened with expense charges if you have to accidentally rebook something, so high that you can order a new return flight from skyscanner for more than twice that, while you only wanted to change a one way ticket. MYTRIP.COM does not value customer service at all, they make you wait for days after you have made multiple requests and then they are rude to you.
They charged us $110 per person for a $35 seat and when I realized they told me it was not refundable. The guy on the phone was an idiot and kept saying those were fees, those were not fees it was pure profit
Been charged for rebooking change that it turns out today - after weeks of chasing - could NEVER BE MADE because no change is allowed by airline.
They've done nothing to help fix their mistakes and misinformation.
They spam you with useless emails from disconnected chats to cover themselves as if that's service, but the actual important feedback is sent to spam folder and never mentioned, until now.
Unaware of this feedback.I'm told I need to rebook.dozens of chats and 25+ people call queue, 45 min calls … on hold, disconnected, transferred back and forth dozens of times … I've been chasing them for weeks to find solution …just to be told the Airline does NOT allow any rebooking on this flight.

Just bought tickets. Paid extra for flexible tickets. After the payment realized that I was mistaken with date. But when request to change it, they asked 4 times higher price!
For the record, new tickets cost 4 times cheaper.

If I knew that my experience will be so bad, I would never even consider them to be my agency. Obviously, I had an issue… my mistake was that I made mistake with my family name, when I contacted them to help me out, they just sent me a link to contact the airline which I did. I couldn't solve my issue with airline, they kept referring me to my agent (my trip)… I spoke with countless numbers of their support agents, ending up all the time with them gets offline from the chat. They kept throwing the ball to another corner, but not helping me at all. I. The end, I had to cancel the ticket and buy new one! They have the worst customer service I ever experienced. Their problem solving management very poor. They are answering you with templates and so on and so on.
Now, even though airline said that they make exception and refund the money, that I just have to talk with the agency, they keep answering to me with templates and airline fare rules.
I sent to them written statement that airline agreed to refund, they won't even try to listen but only keep talking about airline fare rules!
So so bad.
Think 10 times before you even go to that website
After airline cancelled the flight I was contacting them to help me to find alternative flight and they didnt care at all. They told me our customer service will contact you for 24h for flight which should be for 8h. And then they didnt want to give me a refund although airline gave refund to them. So they kept money for themselves and although I am contacting them 5 times they are keep telling me that their agents will contact me and nothing is not happening. AVOID THEM. THIEVES. ROBBERS. $#*!S.

Give an extra 200$ directly via airline but don't book tickets from mytrip. They are not really helpful in anything.
I paid 60pounds for check in service and was they did not check me in. And even worse I did not get a refund from them I called them and they said no even though the service was not provided. Robbery
Tried to book with this website My Trip, I encounter and error with booking so decide to try another site. But this My trip site never confirm acknowledgement at time of book and stated "error", then looked into my visa statement and they charged me for a booking when at the time of booking, there was no confirmation!

I booked two flight tickets online for a travel about 2 months in advance. They emailed me the confirmation and ticket details, but after a few hours received another email as shown below:

I called once to find out the reason of cancellation, they did not give me a specific answer. After that called a couple more times for my refund, they promised I should receive it within the next 24 to 72 hours but in vain.
I am writing this review after waiting 9 days for my refund. However, I have disputed this transaction with my credit card company and should be getting back my money soon.
I would not recommend us.mytrip.com to my friends and family. Hope this Helps!

This company didn't support you. I did my check in online 6 hours before my flight. They said that they have issues with their website or the airline. Because they didn't provide my boarding pass not even 3 hours before my flight. If you don't do it 2 hours before you have to do it trough the airline. I had to pay € 30 fee in order to do my check in with Ryanair. They didn't provide any advice of what to do if you can not get the boarding pass from them. If I can give them (-) stars I will do it. Hope you guys read the reviews and don't be like me that usually don't pay attention to them.

They change your flight, and not confirm that and 2/3 days before the flight they propose you refund!

As I got it they are booking you flights that are most likely to get canceled then an airline return them money back but the site never send it to you. Be aware that an airline won't send it to you even if you show that the tickets on your name because they return to the card they got payment
We booked tickets 10 hours before flight, in a huge rush. An airline cancelled the flight, gave me a phone call about it. Lucky we! We had an acquaintance in the country
I bought a one-way flight ticket. Due to personal reasons, I had to cancel the flight within 24 hours. Disregarding the fact that the Airline company returns the full price of the ticket in such cases, MyTrip returned nothing mentioning that the tickets are not refundable according to the airlines' policies. They also refused to provide any sources of these policies as well.
THE WORST 3RD PARTY BOOKING AGENCY. I will never ever ever use this company ever again. They lied to me and told me that my flight had been cancelled by the flight agency (latam). I choose to ask for a refund on my flight. My total flight cost WITH TRIP INSURANCE was around $1200. They refunded me a whopping $185.00! I have been passed around there company for hours on the phone trying to get someone to actually help me. Nobody speaks fluent english. Nobody could contact me with their supervisor. When asked for an explanation of my refund they told me they couldnt see anything because it was the airlines decision. When I called the airlines they told me they had no control over my refund and it was the decision of MYTRIP. Mytrip has essentially stole my money, and now I am out over $1000.
The real zinger... is when I called the airlines they told me the trip had not been cancelled. They told me that they have heard of third parties lying to customers telling them their trips have been canceled so they can make money off you.
I am extremely disappointed in every aspect of this company.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
