Easy and convenient

What a great site. Easy, fast and cuts out all the searching for great deals. I was able to book the trip at the best price and it search all the airlines for me. I put in my departure and my arrival cities, done for me! I will absolutely use again, if you don't mind the layover. I was having a hard time booking my destination for under $400, I paid $195.

I bought a flight on my trip because I thought the 24 hour cancellation sounded great because I wanted a day to confirm my plans. Unexpectedly I realized I was unable to take the flight I had bought, but luckily I had 24 hours right? Not really, i called my trip that next night because I got off work late but with hours left to cancel. The women I spoke to told me even though I was within the timeframe she could not cancel my flight. When I asked to speaker with a manager she said there was not one available but I could schedule a call for the morning. I was worried because that would be to late. I got off the phone with her very worried I was going to unable to cancel. Than I decided to call one more time the first woman I spoke to was in the Philippines, the second one was in India both were kind but neither one appeared to be fully trained in the company they worked for and they were very hard to understand. Both kept me on hold for almost an hour. But finally after being on the phone for hours the second woman was able to cancel my flight but it was a huge headache.

No reservation code for airline

The confirmation email don't have the reservation code for the airline. Can't check the ticket on the airline app. The order number is not valid for the airline

Every little thing cost money, I have to click zirillion times to not to add this not to add to that, it is so confusing and so easy to make a mistake. Sorry but your site is not user friendly and it seems like trying to milk your customer until the last second of the check out.
