Do not use mytrip. They are a fraud. I booked a flight which they claimed as refundable if canceled. But when i canceled it, they gave no refund and their customer support is also nowhere. You cannot contact them by any means. So, DO NOT USE MYTRIP.COM still waiting my refund and no customer services I am going to bash you on all social media and will use you in court also my friend is a lawyer
Did not get my refund for almost a year now. Zero customer service. Canceled the tickets in 3 hours from the original order. They said they are gonna request the refund from Airlines. Not sure why airlines should issue the refund, after Mytrip policy states 24 hour cancellation full refund. At least that's what they told me on the phone.
Booked with mytrip in july for a return flight brisbane to london leaving in september. My wifes name was not spelt properly. Ive sent 7 emails called customer service 6 times. And still they have not changed the spelling. They are full of false promises, really piss poor performance, youd expect this kind of service from a company going into recievership. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND STRESS LEVELS with mytrip. Book direct with the airlines.

Booked flights from Australia to London. Noticed my name was spelt wrong on the booking. I chased every other day for three weeks to get a solution - nothing resolved, no promises kept. Left me at the airport on the other side of the world without a plan. Ended up having to buy another ticket.
I don't normally write negative reviews but the service was so poor with no guidance given.
I am sure this company is fine if you don't need to call them for help. Do not expect back up.
DO NOT BUY FROM MYTRIP! By far the worst service I ever got from a company.
For over a month I'm trying to make a simple name change to one of the passengers. Called their customer support many times and they keep saying they will do it or "escalate" it, but nothing.
They promised a manager will call me back and it didn't happen.
The airline can't change a reservation made through agents, and they said it's a very simple change that Mytrip can do even without contacting them.
The flight is in one week, we have everything else booked and payed for, and as of now WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FLY!

I booked a flight through this agent and paid additional charge for choosing the seat.(about $90)
However, when I checked in, airline said those seats are not reserved and other customers are already taken.
I was embarrassed so i called to Mytrip.com.
They said it's none of their business, they made a reservation in the right way. I required them the evidence, however they said it's not possible.
The employee even insulted me for my language skill.
How can this happen?
I want to accuse them of committing the fraud.

I usually do not want to harm anybody, but here is my experience with mytrip.com where i lost 1100$ because i booked on Friday evening, and found out a mistake in my eticket the next day that happened to be a week end.
1. I received an e-ticket with a truncated name
2. I was unable to reach anyone in customer support on saturday to fix the name as requested by turkish airlines
3. I had to buy a new ticket
4. The ticket issued by mytrip.com was not used.
5. I called many time the support to claim a refund, without success. They do not accept any refund.
I lost 1100$ dealing with this company.
I wonder how can i user can just put the 1st 2 characters of his name?
Turkish Airlines told me that they do not have a problem if Mytrip.com adjust the name, but nobody was available from their side.
Never book through mytrip.com! It's been six days since my flight was cancelled, which should have left three days from now. Mytrip.com has been handling the case' since thursday but so far they don't seem to be very good in their job to book flights since I still don't have one.
Changes made to travell plans are beeing ignored. All they do is sending an email that the changes will be taken care of shortly. The phone center is a nightmare. Totally useless uninformed staff. Cant recommend mytrip at all.
I booked a flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg with a 2 hour stop in Cairo. Everything fine... until they changed my flight. A 14-hour stop in Cairo, which is already ridiculous but if I wanted to change that flight, I had to pay 30 without garantees. Another 2 weeks later, they changed the flight again. Now they told me to wait for 3 days in Cairo. Obviously I disagreed with their decision so I called. It's because EgyptAir cancelled the flights, according to them. "Well okay but at least give me a refund and I will book myself a new flight"... This is when the mess started.
It's been 8 weeks now and 20 phone calls further. They are still saying they have requested the cancellation but can't promise me anything. Oh actually, they promised to call me back in 48 hours but this was one week ago and I haven't heard since.
Please take my advise and never ever book with Mytrip.com
My trip booked us too Copenhagen from Reykjavik, via Frankfurt and Munich.
We where so lucky flying Lufthansa on all our 4 flights. Just great, and the best price
This is the WORST and MOST DISHONEST service, or lack thereof, I have ever experienced. Their work hours are almost impossible to reconcile and they DO NOT ANDWER. My family went to the airport and was forced to change the reservation because the site failed to warn us that a visa was required for TRANSIT. The problem was, the airline said they could not alter or refund a trip made by third parties. NOW WHAT? This company will not respond and my family is stuck. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY!
They'll take your money and no ticket. There no customer service, just people answering the phone that can't help.
Please don't book with this horrific company. Cheats, liars and thieves. Awful awful company and they never get back to you.
I asked a change "name passenger", they did after few many weeks, lots of email and calls, and they did wrong! They are slow and do not respond. I will never book through their platform again.

So called 'customer service' is dreadful - booked us flights that made it almost impossible to connect between flights (then they blamed the airlines) Our luggage didn't arrive and we missed the 1st day of our friends wedding as we had no clothes to wear and had to wait at the apartment for the bags to arrive. Almost 4 weeks later we are still trying to get matters sorted. AWFUL. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Trying to get a refund for seats we pre-booked but were not available when we arrived on board.
Terrible customer service. I got stuck in NY without a return flight and this company did nothing. I had to contact my family in Europe and they solved the problem with the airline. I have asked them several times to help me, but they always referred me to the airline, which I couldn't contact via phone (when I called several times from NY I heard nothing) and they didn't reply to my email. Their service was useless.
They took the money from my bank account and they didnt provide me with the ticket, after 5email with no reply I relised that mytrip. Com is a big scam

We booked our flights through mytrip.com but soon after that this travel agency sent us a message saying that our flights have changed. They gave us a return flight which was impossible to catch giving us only 5 minutes time to catch the connecting flight. When we contacted the travel agency they just blamed the airline about it and said that they could change the flights but we would have pay for them 27 each for that. Excuse me; they gave us a flight that we have to change anyway and we are forced to pay for that when there was another one like an hour later, allowing us to catch it; instead they give us one that forces us to pay them more money, therefore trying to extort us. The airline said that they are happy to change our flights for free because it was their mistake but they couldn't do that 'cause it was booked through the travel agency. The airline told us to contact mytrip and tell them to contact the airline so they can negotiate together and mytrip could make that change for free. When we contacted mytrip again their response was the same that they told us to contact the airline directly. Mytrip just kept on blaming the airline like that company wouldn't have anything to do with our whole reservation and only wanted more money and if we won't pay them, they can't do anything. Mytrip has their only customer service in England so those phone calls cost me a lot and they are also very slow at answering to any inquiries via e-mail or Facebook. After finally getting our flights sorted out with the airline (explaining how we just kept being told to go to the other party, and told the airline how mytrip was trying to extort us), they agreed to help. Mytrip finally answered to my first e-mail which I sent them about 3 months ago. And this was just 5 days before our flight, which we booked 16 weeks before our trip, I will definitely never use this travel agency again and I highly recommend other travellers to stay away from mytrip, it's a scam.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
