I booked a flight for Sacramento as you guys can see but they instead booked me for Stockton which is an hour away from Sacramento with no heads up no warning nothing. This should be illegal. My flight says Sacramento. I thought there was an Trollie to take me to Sacramento. NO. I WAS LEFT TO FEND FOR MYSELF IN A CITY I DIDNT KNOW. Be careful ladies and DO NOT BOOK WITH MY TRIP!
Don't do it. This company does nothing but take your money. They are zero help with cancelled flight, missed connections and lost luggage. While I know some things are not in their hands any longer, because they are a third party purchase the airlines etc won't deal with you. They send you back to my trip, who then gives you bogus numbers to call for assistance. This company is the worst and their customer service is beyond ridiculous.
China Airlines canceled two of our return flights. China Airlines said they were not trained correctly and to call Jennifer to learn how to use the correct code so rebooking doesn't cost more. 50 minutes dealing with China Airlines, understandable with 2 calls. Hours and hours trying to get mytrip.com to rebook our flights and still nothing has been done. I'm talking 7 hours on hold so far and dealing with agents that have been outsourced from India. I would never ever use this travel agency again. Hours and hours on hold. This place should not be in business. I'm so upset and angry. A trip abroad should be a wonderful experience. Not with MyTrip.com. China Airlines would me replacement flights in just a few minutes, but mytrip can't see them on their end. I requested that a supervisor call me back twice, and nothing. It's so broken I don't know what to do. I spent $3,700 US dollars on tickets. If I cancel, based on other reviews, I feel like I will spend 20 hours to get my money back and it will include a penalty. A company like this should not be in operation, they are destroying our vacation two months before it even happens.
After 3 attempts, got 3 different pieces of advice. Don't create more trouble for yourself because of some dollar differences compared to other better airlines/platforms to book flight tickets.

I was also scammed by MyTrip. Same story as everybody else. They promised a rebooking of my flight. They did nothing as promised yet they charged me a $46 'change fee'. WE SHOULD LAUNCH A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THESE SCAMMERS. What they are doing is illegal but they are getting away with it because they are an online business.
Scum bags who rob your money. Avoid at all costs. They need locking up. We need to find these thieves and get them back to the $#*! hole they came from.

It is a fraud company. They didn't make my payment to Airlines and I was denyied boarding along with my children. I booked a return flight from Phuket to Chennai. When we were about to board Malaysian Airlines said MYTRIP company just blocked our seats and never made payment. But I paid Rs1, 80, 000 to MRTRIP online. Now I am forced to wait in Airport for 15hours and bought next flight tickets from Airlines and boarded. Still don't know whether I will get my refund or not. Nobody answered my calls in Mytrip helpline.
They theft my money, now customer support, my ticket was canalled without informing me
I lost 400 dollar! And to call them i lost 30 dollar without response!
I needed to postpone a flight with British Airways due to a house fire fully documented by our insurance company. Mytrip could not do that for me for no logical reason and despite an accumulation of 16 hours on hold on the phone with them over a day and a half. BA couldn't change a flight booked with a third party. Mytrip should not be allowed to operate.
Booked flights through My Tripp for two people with one case each for return flights. Going out to Malage there were no issues. Coming back Ryan Air said that My Tripp hadn't paid for the cases and insisted I paid again or couldn't get on the flight. I paid extra for the two cases to get back to UK. Have been calling My Tripp since my return on 24th May and after waiting hours and about 10 calls to them, I cannot get the full refund for the extra I paid. My Tripp say there was a technical problem but won't give me the full refund. Disgusted at this and no way of escalating this. Suggested I go to Ryan Air when the issues is with My Tripp. Won't be booking through them again. I have emails confirmed baggage for return fligghts.

Please do not book your tickets through Mytrip. You could lost your money. I have lost 2000 British Pound. They did not refund my money or respond. I better suggest you to use another trusted website. But not www.Uk.Mytrip.com. Its scamming site, be aware
I spent over a year trying to rebook a flight due to Covid. Must have spent 10 hours on phone over the year. Lots of emails. Now they say my booking has lapsed. What a joke! This company should be deregistered. Dont use!
Charged twice for a flight booked, then cancelled due to covid. Sent formal complaint no response. Now going to Consumer Affairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I should have been more careful but they wouldn't cover the cost of my uber to change airports. Didn't matter anyways because there was no room for error as my flight was delayed. And baggage was also held up. Don't understand why they couldn't get me a flight into JFK. Asking for 220 euros more despite having a flexible ticket. Shameful company. Avoid with all costs
Nobody care about it if they have there money.
Money drivin company, no service. Difficult to speak with somebody. Don't book here and this is for us the last time. Better to pay more with good service and care about there customers.

There is no customer service probably one person sitting on the other end of the phone.
If u call I have to wait 2/3 hours just to talk to a representative who can't help and end up putting you on hold again and then line gets cut off.
My outgoing flight was cancelled by airline. They can't offer me any alternate and cancelled my booking - 7 days later still waiting for a refund.
They also refusing to cancel inbound flight but don't understand if I can't travel out of country - I can't catch my return flight.
Stay away from this company - you may save little money initially in your booking but if any issues come up, say goodbye to your money.
Mytrip.com website and people working for this company are nothing but scammers. I tried to book a ticket through mytrip.com, we entered all the information and when tried to purchase, we received website error, we tried again and it was same thing. Few days later we found out our credit card was charged. Company did not refund the money.
I booked a flight with mytrip bound to Philippines last July 2020. Still up to now, i havent received any refund at all! It has almost been 2 years now. Ive tried calling customer service but it is designed not to answer people. Their customer service is useless. Emailing them with concerns will also take days before they answer. DO NOT EVER get bookings with them again! They give very bad service and very long delays with refunds.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
