Love that there are no apps. Parent phone app is easy to use. Child doesn't like that there is no keyboard on the text feature. I don't like how inaccurate the gps is.
As a grandma, buying through this website can be a bit confusing. Double check your cart all through the bottom of order. It easy to have other items you may not have added then order it!

We have had the watch for a week now I love it. Our child can talk with family members whenever. I could track them on a field trip and that set my mind at ease. I suggest getting the charging dock. We started with just the cord and ordered the dock a few days later

I am so happy that I found this brand of watch! I bought my 8 yo son a ticktalk 5 and the battery life is great. I purchased a Mint Mobile physical SIM card and set it up when both arrived. The Mint data plan I use is the 12 month/5gb for $180 a year. I tried a competitor watch for my son and the battery would not last longer than three hours no matter the usage. This TickTalk 5 last almost two days between charges. I use it to track his location and it WORKS! He is in the third grade and he left his watch on his desk so naturally another entitled child decided to take it home. I used the location in the app on my phone and tracked it to a Hispanic trailer park about 15 miles away. I knocked on doors and they lied, but I hung around until one of the little chimichangas came running up to me with the watch. The only negative about the watch is that both straps are tearing near the top close to the watch. One band completely tore apart and the other is about 25% after only having it for about two months. TickTalk sent a replacement band basically hassle free. Thank you TickTalk!

Hello, I have found a YouTube video with the discount code, that didn't work. That video was the reason I bought the watch. Now, have in mind that I am purchasing this for my kid in Serbia, and this is pretty expensive item for us. Let's hope it will work as advertised.

I've went through at least 3 wristband this year for my son"s watch for his TT watch 5.
The company need to do better with this as the TT watch 3 never had this issue and the band was way more durable.

I'm a little disappointed in the location services. I can't actually see my son moving on the bus which is why I bought it. Also, I did not realize there are zero games. I knew it didn't come with games on it, but I assumed I would be able to put games that I approved on it and there are no games. I'm not too impressed.

I ordered a replacement band, got an email saying I would get a pre-paid shipping label that would be sent and I would send the watch rather than the band being sent and they would put the watch on. Then I received the band in the mail instead, so I reached out to customer service and they emailed the label. I shipped out both the band and the watch now, waiting to see how this turns out…

We had a watch stolen and received a used watch from a friend. The process was a bit complicated to transfer accounts, but I appreciate that Rick talk has an actual support line. Hard to come by these days, actual phone support... Good Job

Replacement Wristband was charged around $27. And it took atleast 10 days to deliver. Why don't sell these though Amazon so that we can get our deliveries in 2 days. I was not expecting the Replacement Wristband to be that much costly. Wristband was not lasted 5 months
The watch is a little bulkier than I expected. Also, I can't figure out how to use the SMS texting. Right now we are just texting through the app. I plan on contacting customer service.

El reloj esta muy bien mi único problema es que se le baja la batería muy rapido pensé que era por que mi hija jugaba con el mientras estaba en la escuela, pero el fin de semana lo tube yo y pasa lo mismo 5 horas y se quiere apagar
The watch came pretty quickly and I'm pleased with that. I'm just ok with the performance of the watch. I wish it had live tracking and alerts sent directly to me when child moves. However, my daughter loves it. I do wish that it was also able to be tracked on life 360 as well. This would allow alerts and live tracking.

This is the 2nd time that I have to pre-order watch band replacement.
It tears easily. I would recommend ensuring the watch band design allow for easier replacement by using any after market watch band or make the material stronger and less prone from tearing and breakage.
These are kids watch so why not make it more durable?
