GOOGLE ALLOWS THEM TO DO THIS.
CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMAN NOW. ONLY WAY TO STOP THESE CROOKS IS THROUGH LEGISLATION. EVERYONE WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN ITS VERY SIMPLE AND IT WORKS BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT NOT JUST THINK IT. ALSO CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND FCC.

SCAM WARNING

THEY DONT SELL REAL TICKETS AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.
I THOUGHT I HAD PURCHASED VALID EVENT TICKETS AND IN SMALL PRINT IT SAYS THE PURCHASE IS FOR PARKING ONLY, HOWEVER THE VENUE HAS NO PARKING GARAGE AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN SELLING ACTUAL EVENT TICKETS.

Unbelievable, the complete and utter run around we got as to why we still don't have our tickets was RIDICULOUS! Thought we ordered tickets from ticket master, but were taken to a website called masterticket, did not realize the scam, until it was too late! We now have to deal with this AWFUL COMPANY, which out and out lied about the venue not releasing tickets until 24-48 until the concert. Then stated I had to wait until the morning of the concert, to call back, spoke to a "manager" who told me I did not understand the the download process... Did not trust a word he said. The emails to their customer service site are undeliverable, what a scam of a company. Spoke to 5 different people over the course of a week, when tickets were promised and they all had different stories! In the end we NEVER GOT OUR TICKETS and will be filing a BBB report if we do not get our 100% refund. Their lies of "we see them right here" - still haunt me...
I never chose to work with this company, but unfortunately had to deal with the liars on the other end of the phone- PLEASE, if you have the option, DO NOT do any business with them or masterticket! We are heartbroken at missing Concert we planned for, had hotel-due to being hours from our home for over 9 months

DO NOT BUY THROUGH THESE GUYS! You will get burned like we did.

We bought tickets through ticketsmarter.com from the seller "mytickettracker.com" for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup playoffs 2 weeks before the game. We were charged for the tickets and were told they would be delivered on the day of the game. The game was at 7 PM, and we received an email to download the tickets at 6 PM.

We immediately clicked the ticket link to "Claim Your Tickets" which redirected us to a ticketmaster page telling us these tickets had already been claimed by another email address. I called their "customer support" and spent 50 minutes on the phone with them. They said that we probably downloaded it with another account or blah blah blah. Put me on hold for 10 minutes. I need to continue looking at this. Unbelievable.

Their resolution: we have to open an investigation to figure out who accepted these tickets, and we don't have any tickets we can offer to replace these. So basically... you're *** out of luck. It's unbelievable to me that these ticket brokers get away with this.

Additionally, upon reviewing the seats they had allocated to us via their email, THE SEATS DON'T EVEN EXIST! The row indicated in the seats is a fake row. Picture attached.

I bought tickets for the NHL Eastern Conference Finals through Expedia Event Tickets. The tickets were actually sold through MyTicketTracker, though, which I learned only after buying them (and yes, I totally panicked when reading all the negative reviews online). Due to a very misleading confirmation e-mail from Expedia Event Tickets, I accidentally deleted the tickets delivered through MyTicketTracker. So I called the MyTicketTracker customer service a few days before the event, and a very friendly employee (I can't remember his name, but he had an Indian accent) helped me retrieve my tickets.
Thanks again, MyTicketTracker! My wife and I had the time of our lives watching the Bruins beat the Hurricanes at TD Garden.

I bought Ariana grande concert tickets for today in February for me and my two girls I pad $400, it was gonna be our first concert together. I try to view my tickets today before the concert only for the flash site to say I have no tickets. I called the venue and the tickets I had purchased had been canceled... I called my ticket tracker since they were my seller only for them to give me the run around and not have an answer as to why my tickets canceled and I was not notified or anything. I have yet to receive a response and my kids were sad. $#*! these people seriously for what they did to my children.

Ordered tickets for Alice in chains concert online. They were only company that kept popping up for online tickets for that event. Had there company disguised as the venue name. Day of the show I get an email that they were "upgrading my tickets" and giving me $25 off each ticket. Really the tickets they were offering were worse than the tickets I had originally purchased for general admission. They oversold and were trying to get me to take seats farther back. I said no I'll keep my original tickets. Got a phone call 5 hours before the show that they couldn't get my tickets and they would give me a full refund. Was not happy as we already made travel plans. All they were willing to do is refund my money. No restitution. Phoned the actual venue and found out the shoe wasn't sold out. Bought tickets from them for less than HALF the price this company was charging me. The venue caught on to what these scam artists were doing and shut them down.
I did get my refund, but in the meantime they had my money for 2 1/2 months to use as they please. I also am in Canada so when the refund came back the exchange rate had gone down and received $30 less than I gave them. So not really a full refund.

This company is what is wrong with the world!

They advertised tickets under event tickets.com They charged me $674 for two tickets that came with a price of $70 on each ticket. $500 mark up! Of course I tried to call and dispute but they said tickets could be sold at a price higher than normal. Stupid me. Should have reviewed the company 1st!

BEWARE!

BEWARE! Please don't order from MyTicketTracker.com. Dishonest, unethical, fraud. They "sold" me tickets that belonged to someone else. Almost $150. I got to the event, and the tickets expired before the event even began. Had to buy new tickets. Called to get a refund and the guy said to send a photo of the new receipt to get a refund. Did everything they asked and no reply for days. Then I randomly get an email saying to call them, so I call them and they're closed. I've called and talked to 3 people since then and they tell me to do more things to get a refund. Just got a new email saying they "deeply sympathize" with my situation but won't give me my money back. Bottom line, if you work hard for your money, don't let this company steal it from you like they did me. Stay away!

Total scam artists

Followed a link to only be re-directed to these scam artists. Charged me for a 2 night event but only gave me a 1 night ticket. Called the venue only to find out that boxoffice-tickets and my ticket tracker is not a trusted partner and they did in fact somehow hijack the link and now refuse to correct there $184.35 overcharge!

Total scam. Never got my tickets. Never order from this place. Tickets we bought were not even in the venue seat chart and they never released their "flash seats" to us. Had to go to credit card company for a refund and buy tickets from a reputable place on top of it all. Lies to customers and says due to a technical error that the Event area made, you aren't getting your tickets yet but we will research it. Meanwhile the event has already come and gone, no one got in touch with us as we waited and waited and waited and nothing! No one contacted me, no email, nothing from the ticket holders to make this right. Do not trust these people!

1st strike - I purchase tickets and they contact me that due to a technical oversight they are no longer available.
2nd strike - They deliver the tickets 'day of' hours before the concert
3rd strike - The tickets were fake

I thought I was purchasing directly from the venue, do to some misleading web advertising. I made a mistake in my transaction. Multiple calls and requests for help, and I've been told absolutely no refunds and no exchanges. Ticket price is well over the venue price. My show is in 2019. Tickets from the venue have been sent to other customers already. I've been told I cannot have mine until a day before the performance. During the multiple calls (at least 8x by now), I've had one customer representative that was kind and sympathetic (still no refund/exchange). All others were condescending.

I had a wonderful customer service experience from Hue, one of your service representatives. He is a true professional and truly needs to be commended for representing you in such an outstanding manner.
Hue loves what he does and it definitely shows. He is apt, knowledgeable, truly conscientious, has a consistently pleasant attitude and manner. Hue is articulate, is warm and caring and strives to give the best service possible.
I own several businesses and therefore do know how rare it is to have and keep someone with Hue's demeanor and positive qualities. He truly represents you well and I certainly hope you know how fortunate you are to have him. I would hire Hue in a heartbeat!

I think it would be nice if senior could get even a partial return if they cannot make the show. I got sick the day before and the day of and through the weekend. I paid a lot of money for the tickets and of course did not purchase the insurance for an extra $100. As if my tickets had cost enough already!

And then I cannot register my complaint without providing my info!
