I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my tickets. We live and we learn. Everything everyone is saying is true and valid. I am so disappointed that people would do this to other people. I have not been able to transfer my tickets. Been on hold for over an hour. Sent an email and received back the same generic email that has been mentioned in the other reviews. There has to be a way to put an end to this.
I tried to contact this company to tell them they sent me tickets for the jazz festival with someone else's name on them. I was on lined and waiting for four hours to talk to someone about this mistake they made. The concert is the 20th of August and this needs to be taken care of now. All I got on the line was weird music while I waited for customer service. I also wrote two emails explaining the problem. This was a surprise gift for my husband to be introduced to Jazz. Which I absolutely love. Terrible Customer Service. I wasted four hours today as I walked around with my cell phone in my condo waiting for someone to help me. No one came on the line. Just a recording. Disgraceful Customer Service. I hope they take care of this. Rev. MaryAnn Brown
I ordered my Garth Brooks tickets a month in advance getting very expensive seats. 3 days before the concert. No tickets. After being on hold for 2 hours multiple times I get a speech with a rep saying my tickets will be there the day OF via with my mobile tickets. It's a few hours before the concert and they have completely disregarded all emails and call backs. I'm looking to sue now and need to know how I go about this. This PHONY, work-from-home, pathetic, low life's from Connecticut are GOING TO BE SUED. I see all these reviews and know they will be hit hard. They will not have a case or money after this.
I asked some pretty simple questions. I seemed to be imposing on whoever answered me. My questions were never fully answered. Very rude.
The above is self explanatory. I am a lawyer and am dealing with them. A concert venue advised me that the tickets are fake and will not be honoured at the concert.
I purchased tickets to a Beatles tribute band concert and when we got to the venue it was closed. People outside wondering what happened to the concert some said there was a email sent out. But I've gone through all my email messages and nothing. No phone number to call. Poor customer service!
Bought 3 tickets value $220.00 plus the trip from California to Utah to spend with my son. On the day of the 2nd I had received information that my tickets had been transferred however, I was unable to download the actual tickets with a bar code. I reached out via phone and was on hold for approx 1 hour with no luck. They did not pick up the line, just kept me on hold. I then emailed with a response we are experiencing a large number of calls/emails we well get to you as soon as we can. Something of that effect. The next day on the day of the event again, I called and waited for a rediculous amount of time and again no answer. We emailed several time telling them I had not received anything with a bar code, our event was that day and needed help. They again kept sending the same email back! Sorry high volume of calls/emails. Finally they sent back saying I needed to download the app Seat Geek and then at that point I could get my tickets with seats. We did everything they told us to do when we were done we thought for sure we could download our tickets. Again, no such luck. I called and emailed again stating I had driven from California to Utah for this event, the event was less than an hour away... note we spend all day that day just trying to get our tickets... The event came and went with NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY... Just received an email today saying sorry we noticed we did transfer your tickets basically not our fault you could not figure this out! When I looked at what they sent guess what NO BAR CODE! This was the only way I would have been allowed to enter the event was for them to scan a BAR CODE! BUT HEY THEY GOT THERE MONEY AS I SEE THEY HAVE DONE WITH SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE! THIS COMPANY MAY BE LEGIT BUT THEY ARE SUCH A SCAM AS WELL I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM TICKET TRACKER, SEAT GEEK, OR BOXTICKET! They seem to all work together and never help out there customers! To them all I read is the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG!

Absolutely horrible company! I purchased tickets and do not get them until the DAY BEFORE the concert…. I have emailed three times in a month in regard to canceling an order I placed pre-COVID and can no longer attend the concert. The concert lineup has also changed and I was never notified. I have not had any response. I will be contacting customer service and posting on every review site until I get my money back.
My Ticket Trackers, via Box Office Tickets, has held onto my payment for a year and a half... since December 2019! Show postponed in both 2020 and 2021 due to Covid, but they still won't refund me as the event has supposedly not been canceled. However, no rescheduled event date on the horizon at Mohegan Sun. I ordered 4 tickets for 4 elderly adults. None of us, due to recently arising health issues, will likely attend the event, whenever, if ever, it is held. I want a refund before I die!
Went to their site to order tickets it said best deal in town. I then went to the venue site they were 1/4 the price. I asked for a refund and they refused even with the insurance I purchased. DONT BUY TICKETS HERE
POSTPONED INDEFINITELY $423.90 Non refundable. 6 months after original concert date, 1 rescheduled date ( from a Friday night to a Tuesday night concert)! My ticket tracker refuses to refund, arguing their no refund policy. What is the statute to limitations on postponed indefinitely? Worst investment I ever made as a single mom who intended to take my kids to a $423.90 worship experience. So disappointed!
I bought tickets to an event through this company and the event was "postponed indefinitely" due to corona. I asked them for a refund and to cancel the tickets and they said that was against their policy. They said that until the event is cancelled, they can't refund the tickets. I asked them to reconsider this policy during corona because many people need the money more than tickets to an event that may never happen. They very rudely told me to stop bothering them and that they will update me if the event is cancelled.
Well, fast forward probably 6 months later and the event is finally cancelled. MyTicketTracker emails me and asks if I would like a cash refund or a voucher worth 120% of the ticket value. Well, I was very busy that day and didn't see the email until the next day. Exactly 24 hours later I get an email saying that the refund option has expired and I can only get a voucher. Well, I go look at the website and the voucher is essentially worthless. There are no decent events scheduled for the next year and the vouchers conveniently expire in a year. I contact support and ask for my refund, as has been promised to me. They tell me they will "try" to get a refund but it will take UP TO 35 DAYS to TRY to get me a refund.
This company treats their customers like $#*!. I will NEVER work with MyTicketTracker again, and I am making it my mission to spread the word about how terribly they have treated me. At this point, it's more than the $200 tickets. It's the fact that they are willing to screw over their customers. Disgusting.
They said they sent me tickets, which it not true. To get a refund for the event that was canceled (due to the virus) I have to return the tickets. I never got the tickets and now they won't refund me? Isn't this illegal? Do I get a lawyer involved?
I bought tickets to Dead and Co and the concert was cancelled due to COVID-19. They will not refund my money. I received an e-mail from *******@mytickettracker.com at 4/28@ 6:03 p.m. that stated I had 12 hours to respond to receive a refund of $523.75. The offer expired at 6 a.m. I did not see the e-mail until after the 12 hour time frame and they refuse to refund my money. This is not a reasonable time frame and outside of business hours. They issued a voucher good through 4/25/2021 for $628.50. Dead and Co only does summer shows. My credit card company could not get my money refunded either. Do not use this company. They are a total rip off.
I did not realize that I was purchasing tickets from a 3rd party. The Dallas Elton John concert has been postponed but TicketMaster is giving REFUNDS to people who bought tickets from them. However, My Ticket Tracker is NOT giving any refunds because the concert has not been officially "cancelled".
I am 66 years old and with this Covid situation, who knows? I might not be around for when the pandemic ends and the concert is rescheduled. DO NOT BY FROM MY TICKET TRACKER. Go with a company that is ethical in it's business dealings.
Purchased tickets to the PGA Tour Memorial event. My order was "cancelled" due to tickets being limited. I was informed I would get a credit. 30 days and 4 follow up emails, no credit. Will be calling Amex to dispute charge. Avoid these scammers!

I puchased a ticket and i cannot get my money back because it was transferred to me and I was not the original buyer. It's a scam.
I purchased tickets for June due to the COVID19 the show has been postponed. But if you go to the River Dance Website they do not show a date of when they will be coming the Grand Prairie Tx. I have made several calls to get a refund and the customer service is horrible. Because it is not officially cancelled they will not refund my money. I bought the tickets because my mom was coming from NC and she had never been. She has had her flight cancelled because of the COVID19. The last time I talked with someone they told me pretty much do bad you can see if you can sell the tickets. I will never use this company again. Very rude I wish I had know I would never have bought my tickets from them.
Three couples bought tickets for James Taylor in Roanoke. We all received the same email that there was a problem with our purchase but they would offer alternate tickets. Now the concert has been "rescheduled " for 14 months from now but no refund. Don't do business with this company.
Rolling Stones concert probably never going to happen in the future, and they still wont refund me my ticket money. Ticketmaster is refunding these tickets.
Don't ever use these idiots.

Answer: I hope you're more lucky then we were. Purchased tickets in April they said we would have the 17 of June for 18 show. They never came!
