Scammers of the Century

All I can say is, if you are buying tickets to a show, avoid this company at all costs. They sell fraudulent tickets and it's impossible to get your money back. They lie to PayPal, and you basically lose your money. I hope they go bankrupt! If I could give them negative stars I would, but I was forced to give them at least one star.

Absorbent Service Fees
September 28, 2024

The tickets purchased for Graham Nash came to $350 with a $112 service fee. 1/3 of the price of the tickets. No warning at checkout of a service fee. Most box offices charge 10 or 15 dollars. These fees were 56 dollars per ticket. Not to mention the high prices for the tickets.

I purchased tickets to a local concert on ticket master, Paid with PayPal on the site. Received a confirmation email saying the concert is postponed, that was on 5/17/2024. I've been trying to get my money back thru this day 6/20/2024...this company is VERY shady...$685.00...Called Chase to finally file a claim

Fraudulent Tickets Sold!

I purchased tickets from this company who I think is in Philadelphia. The tickets are frauds and to add insult to injury they charge $123.00 over the trus price. I am so thankful to the Philadelphia Horticultural Society and American Express for helping me work through this scam.

Scammers... they are selling under a false identity, secure.etickets.com, to hide their poor reputation, I never received an order confirmation, or my tickets, and the ticket insurance was denied. Of course, they won't refund my purchase, trying to retrieve my money through PayPal now. Please read their reviews before purchasing!

I ordered tickets to a performance and was charge a 30% service fee, as well as shipping fee. My Ticket Tracker originally suggested that the service fee would be 10%, but ended up charging 30%! A horrible experience!

Scam facilitator - no accountability

We purchased tickets through MyTicketTracker and received a notification that the tickets were sent. We never received them. The company says they have "proof" from the seller that the transfer was made to our Ticketmaster account, but that simply isn't true. The proof shows no evidence of a specific account to which the tickets were transferred. We have checked the specific account multiple times and find no evidence of any tickets for the show in question. The company says it's not their responsibility and that it probably went to a spam folder. There's no accountability, and we were scammed out of a few hundred dollars.

Do not bother dealing with this company. They are fraudulent and will take your money and not send you tickets. Miserable experience take your business elsewhere. Why would any reputable company not allow reviews on google or yelp? 100% scam don't waiste your time or money here. Never emailed me the tickets and refused to refund me. Convienently they were able to send screenshots of the email they sent me with photo shopped date and time stamps on them. Stay away at all cost.

Please do not make the same mistake I did. They sell their tickets on Event Tickets center for almost 3x the original price and include bogus service and shipping fees even though everything is digital. I paid $120 for one ticket that I have no come to find out is selling the day of for $44. I bought three which ended up costing almost $500 meaning they pocketed $300. Please buy directly from the venue this is so upsetting.

This is a horrible company run by horrible people who ought to be in prison for fraud.
The tickets were not what was listed on the website, were 4 times the price that was advertised and jacked up with over $50 in "service and delivery" charges.
Don't ever buy from this website.

I bought tickets in November of 2022 for the pocono race and July 13 th, they called and said sorry your purchase isn't available any longer then they tried to sell me nose bleed seats for almost the same price as the best seats in the stands. And said reason for it was limited seating so close to the event!

I contacted Ticketfaster about selling Taylor Swift tickets we purchased for our daughter and friend. Due to an unexpected death in our family, we will not be able to attend. Customer service representative Mel, was able to provide me the information I need to resell the tickets, prior to the concert date. She was very kind, helpful, and patient.Thank you Mel!

Crooks in bed with Expedia. Stay away!

We were promised tickets for Rounds one and two all sessions passes. We do not want a refund. We called because we only had tickets delivered for round one session 1. We were looking for the rest of the tickets we were guaranteed.

When I purchased these tickets, I was guaranteed rounds one and two all sessions passes. I understood that my seats would be the section I chose or better. It was never discussed that you would refund the tickets. I need to know how to get the tickets that I was promised.
This was my initial contact after they returned my money for the tickets I was guaranteed and never received. Keep in mind I was guaranteed the tickets.- their words in writing.

All this company does is flip tickets and price gouge buyers. They had tickets listed as direct from vender and turns out it's a resell ticket that's marked up 150% on top of that they will never respond or pick up and all around horrible experience. You are better off just going to the venue and buying direct.
