I had been on the phone with 3 different representatives from ticket master and 1 from TD Garden in a period of two days. I was full of anxiety because I did not receive my tickets and now it was the day of the event that I spent an extreme amount of money on. I spoke to Deyhan, your representative, and within 25 minutes I had them. He was kind and patient. I wish more customer service representatives were like him. Made my stressful situation a success. Tickets for Cold Play priced at 351 EUR, checkout price was 1750 USD. Scammers and greedy shameless people.

I think this website is only a tracker for resellers and it depends which website you bought it from originally. I didnt realize how bad the rating was for this website so I was ready to contact paypal for a refund however I ended up getting my tickets the day before (aka the estimated time) and it brought me to Ticketmaster and thats where I got the code. Perhaps the bad ratings were because the resellers, not the tracker. I got my tickets from closeseats.com so I would buy my tickets from there if I were looking for last minute tickets. If you end up getting scammed from closeseats that would be pretty surprising since I got my tickets. (the concert was GREAT) If you have any questions just comments and ill try to answer

Never received my tickets. Bought using Paypal. They sided with the company. Never got my money back. Shame on Paypal for allowing this company to continue to get money from them. Out 318.50 and a disappointed kid. Shame, Shame, Shame

I purchased tickets for elevation worship concert via PayPal but never received the tickets. They also tried issuing a recurring monthly fee for $185. Why? I have no idea! I was unsuccessful with contacting the company with only a few days until the concert. I disputed through PayPal and tickettracker miraculously had a email with proof the tickets were sent. I never got the email AND I'm out $185! I will NEVER purchase through my ticket tracker again.

My concert tickets were purchased March 2020 just before the lockdown due to covid. It was rescheduled and I never received the tickets via email as was stated by the company. I want my money back which is a total of $826.39

I purchases tickets to a Bazzi concert and they sent me fast lane passes, which are NOT concert tickets, they only let you skip the line. They were terrible at trying to help me receive the actual tickets and instead tried offering me discounts on concert tiekcts that I had already purchased... THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT USE MYTICKETTRACKER!

Never received tickets! Customer service is a joke. They are a total B. S. company! DO NOT USE THEM!

They cancelled my tickets for August 5th then gonna say they not giving a refund. If anyone else is having this issues let's start a class action lawsuit against this company for stealing our money.

Tickets never arrived after multiple attempts to obtain tickets and them saying they "guarantee" they would be in time. Their guarantee is as empty as the company itself. Ended up buying tickets for same event through Ticketmaster in time to see the concert. Never again!

Don't go near this website. You will be scammed and you will be incredibly lucky if you get your money back. They sold me tickets to a concert that they didn't have. I learned this by calling the venue and asking them to confirm my aisle, row, and seat numbers. They had been purchased already by someone else. Don't believe a word they say. PayPal was zero help. I went straight to my bank they researched them found out they sell tickets that they don't have, and put my money back in my account right then. Stay away. They should be shut down and charged by the US Attorney.

We bought tickets to Bonnie Raitt at Tanglewoods in April for my wife's birthday they promised delivered by June 17 which was suspicious. Today is the 18 the date of the show and no tickets. Ticketsqueeze said sorry! Sorry! This company needs to be stopped. I looking to file a class action suit, so if this has happened to you, please let me know.

Worst and I mean worst ticket purchase experience in my life…. The sad thing is I used PayPal and they support theses scam artists.
I am still awaiting resolution from PayPal on refund of tickets since they were paid for through PayPal but never delivered. When I contacted mytickettracker they gave me the runaround (and actually lied in a few email responses) for about a week so I was forced to file the claim for refund with PayPal due to not receiving tickets. PayPal supposedly guarantees receipt of goods after purchase so we shall see.

This whole experience with mytickettracker is like a nightmare.
Again, I am shocked they have not been shut down…

This company managed to get their ad at the top of Google search. When looking for event tickets I hit this site thinking it was the venue itself. They charged me 3X the face value of the ticket and a whopping service fee. I have no idea how this is legal.

They could take my money without any trouble, but they can't get me my tickets.
Followed the instructions, downloaded the MLB app. Registered an account with the same email address. No tickets.
The web site takes you in circles.
1. Enter email and password and click View My Tickets
2. Your Orders shows the tickets I ordered from TicketFront.com
3. Click View Order & Tickets
4. Your eTickets are ready!
5. Your ticket seller has confirmed they have transferred your tickets to you. Didn't receive them? Contact your ticket seller. (a link to send a message)
6. Get the same email saying to download the app.

NEVER TRUST ETC - Events Ticket Center (MyTicketTracker.com)/ This low life company assured me my KISS tickets would be guaranteed even though the Kiss concert was rescheduled. I bought and paid for my VIP Box Seats in February of 2020. Friday 4 days before the show they emailed me to let me know my tickets were no longer available but they sent alternate tickets for me to accept in the place of my VIP box seats. They said it would be an upgrade (NOT!). My VIP seats were showing available on Live Nation up until the moment ETC cancelled my order. So my tickets were sold at 3x the price so ETC could make a little more money. ETC Events Ticket Center is a complete fraud.

We utilized My Ticket Tracker to get tickets through PayPal for Paul McCartney. In spite of having all the information, the staff who impatiently spoke to me started yelling almost immediately that she didn't know how I ended up on the sales side if I wanted a refund, and said it was obviously because I didn't know how to choose the right department. Then she said my phone number wasn't on file. Then she said I shouldn't bother giving her my email because I had obviously "put it in wrong" to start with and it would be a waste of both our time. She was dismissive, mocking, and almost cruel. She told me that My Ticket Tracker actually handled all kinds of third party ticketing sites but couldn't tell me any one of them because it would "take too long." It honestly took me aback - a lot. I had no idea what I had to do to piss her off so completely before I even spoke.
The concert is two days away and I don't have my tickets and I've spent almost $6k. Lesson expensively learned.
