The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. What truly surprised me, though, was the training experience. It was very thorough, step by step, and clearly designed to ensure understanding. I felt fully supported throughout the process, and all my questions were answered, which gave me the confidence to start using the program right away.

I was amazed at the efficiency, competence and skill that Siguard displayed in my call to support. I was stuck on a Return but in a matter of minutes my frustration was changed to pure joy. Now I can contact my client with a Return that I can confidently deliver to them free of any issues. Great job.

Breanna was QUICKLY able to help me resolve a "conflicting conundrum" on a MI Tax Return... and she did it without making me feel ingorant! (Lol - she was ALSO very friendly and laughed with me!)

I have been using MyTAXPrepOffice for the past 3 tax seasons. It is a good platform at an affordable price. It doesn't have some of the features that the other platforms have but every year they upgrade, so I am looking to the future for great things!

Called to get support for a form and Brianna who helped me was extremely helpful, understood my concern and was very attentive and listen, I mean listen to what I was saying. I wish the company I use for bookkeeping Quickbooks Online, would hire people like TaxPrepOffice.

The training was clear, helpful, and well organized. It made the system much easier to understand, and I feel more confident using MyTAXPrepOffice after completing it. Overall, it was a very good learning experience.

Rafael reviewed and installed software, navegate with samples how to used the systems, transfered prior year data, Rafael is very knowlegeable, setup applications on my devices ready to work.

The training was thorough but there's a lot of information to digest. You need to get into the program to get used to the flow. I did the conversion of my Drake files for 2024 and it was easy to do. I just have to figure out how to open them. My instructor was very good and we had good exchanges. He got me all set up and verified and explained all the features on the dashboard.

Excellent explanation, patiently and spet by step making sure I did understand the answer to my question
